Liked the store, nothing too fancy that had some standard options mixed in with some high-end beds that made me wonder who actually bought +$ 7k beds. Wow.
Worked with a newer sales person, Michael, who said he was standing in for the the normal associate during the holidays. So he didn’t normally work at this store.
New or not, we liked him because he didn’t try to schmooze us. He talked to us like normal people buying a high dollar item want to be talked to. No nonsense, big on facts and hitting our requested needs after listening to what we wanted.
Would return again, but as we are really happy with our new bed, we might not be back for a while.
