Great service from arrival to departure. I was greeted, checked in and told to select glass frames while waiting that they would hold for me. I was called by Martin for pretesting shortly after being seated and that process went well and was very thorough and professionally done. Shortly after walking into the exam room, Dr. Tran arrived. She was kind, knowledgeable, and professional in her exams and explanations of what we were doing. My technician was very good at explaining insurance options and taking time to fit me properly with not one, but two pair of glasses. Overall, the experience from beginning to end was excellent, with a fresh clean environment and state of the art equipment. I was sent to this location from the Royal Oaks location which cancelled my appointment upon arrival, so I was not initially a happy camper upon arrival… however, will drive the distance in the future for services rendered. Thank you team!!!

I had a great experience at Mann’s. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole time I was there. I was taken care of in a timely fashion, and actually was allowed to check in for my examination prior to my scheduled time. The assistant, whose name I believe was Jasmine, was very friendly and not too insistent when trying to offer the additional services provided by the optometrist. She patiently showed me how to properly fit my new contacts. Doctor Kim couldn’t have been more kind yet professional at the same time. She put me at ease from the go. Even shared her personal experience with her sight problems. She worked around my circumstances to make sure I got the best fit possible. She was sincerely interested in her patient, insisting kindly that I return upon a week’s time to follow up. She also worked along other members of the staff to ensure all my insurance benefits were appropriately met since that was a big concern of mine. They are very straightforward, and made sure I got the best possible service. Overall the experience was great. I believe that this will be my spot from now on from future examination, prescriptions and even just to buy some frame. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
P.S: when you call them they’ll answer the phone by statin with a genuine tone of voice: «we are having a great day here at Mann’s» that puts a smile on your face even if you are in a bad mood.
