We’ve been coming to this Lowe’s for the past 2 years and were highly content with the store overall. We always find everything we need. But in the last 6 months our trips there have been nothing but short of me walking my happy lil self on to the competitor around the corner. We spend most of our time shopping in the Garden Center. So with that being said, we asked the associate for help, he had no knowledge of what we needed. The associate directed our question to the manager(not store manager) that was about 3 steps away. Manger was rude, looked at us like we didn’t know what we were asking for. He pointed in the direction of what we needed saying«It should be down that isle». Really!!! No, not that isle either. We finally find it on our own. We approach the manager once again regarding the item and he tells us to contact the company directly for answers. How did he get that position? We ran into the manager again this weekend. We asked him a question and to our surprise(not) he directs my husband to contact the company directly, again. I think next time we will have to ask the store manager directly for help. Only reason why I gave it a 3 star.

I like this Lowe’s and go here as opposed to the Homes around the way. It’s always clean and the employees are very helpful. Went in for lightbulbs to replace in my bathroom and I showed the guy a picture of my fixture and he showed me a couple of options and even showed me what they’d look like in a fixture in the lighting department. The bulbs he suggested made my bathroom lights look so much better than the previous ones I had. Will definitely continue to shop here, it’s my go to hardware store!

I love this Lowes store. Okay, here is why I feel this way. First of all the parking lot is spotlessly clean and they do not allow day laborers to solicit work on their property. The Home Depot just around the corner is a disaster in terms of this. You have maybe 50 – 75 men over there at any given time. The employees in this store do not hound you to death with«may I help you?». If you need help you can usually find someone who will help quickly. Other Lowes stores train people to be too friendly to the point where it is annoying. I know, it is not the fault of the employees but rather a clueless MBA in a tower somewhere out of touch with reality. Customers want to get what they need quickly and just be treated with respect which is what I see when I shop here. They do not kiss your rear end and I like this. Loading for larger lumber or things like doors and windows is done very quickly compared to other Lowes and Home Depot stores. The day shift has a guy named«Shorty» that operates the forklift. He pulls the orders and has them on your truck quickly. In other stores the cashier is paging someone who is out to lunch or something so you just stand around and wait. At this store things are highly coordinated. The only thing the management here needs to do is enforce the no parking in the loading zone.

What can I say? I’m a handy woman, or at least try to be. I love Lowes and how easy they make my life. I get all kinds of tools from them, lets just say that if it will make my life easier, I will buy it. I use their website a lot and pick up the merchandise at the store. I do have to say that if you need to cancel an order it takes forever! They could really use some improvement in the online order cancellation process.
