I took my elderly mom to this place based on another review I read. I’m NOT impressed. When we first walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke. We started with pedicures and my water was barely tepid. I kept asking for it to get hotter but they told me it didn’t get any hotter. It was very disappointing. My mom seemed to get the «expert,» and hers was ok, but her feet and legs were very dry, so I don’t think they massaged lotion on her. My person didn’t speak English which made it difficult and didn’t do that great of a job. When I pointed out that my toenails were uneven, she got defensive. I was simply asking her to file them evenly. My fingernails are ragged and cuticles jagged. Shellac on toes sloppy. We won’t be back. Prices standard.

Funny how my review yesterday for EVAN Nails got put under the «reviews NOT recommended» list. Turns out Nancy the blonde hair technician I talked about is the OWNER along with her husband who is the male receptionist!
After the botched pearl full set manicure I got at Evan Nails yesterday, I went to my usual nail salon, LNT Nails on kempwood & bingle to have them fix the damage. Tweety re-​sanded my nails and even under the nails (which evan nails did NOT do), then she put the clear coat and made sure my whole nail was covered in the coat (which is another thing evan nails did NOT do)…how much was i charged? $ 5!!! I gave Tweety an extra $ 5 tip for taking the time to fix my nails and make them better than what they were!
LNT nails always takes time with your nails never rushing even when there are customers waiting. They spend at least 40 min with your nails and even after rinsing, they will go back and make sure cuticles and everything is perfect and will continue to work on them until they are.
The interior doesn’t look fancy and prices are cheaper than most other nail salons, but they make sure the customer is satisfied and they do a way better job than those other salons. I have been to Bora-​Bora, Luxury Nails, Bunker Hill Nails, Evan Nails, and a few others that charge a lot, but LNT is by far the best and most affordable!
