Lake Apartments

I really like it here. I live right off the lake and it’s usually very quiet. Management seems nice especially Brenda, I really like her. I had roaches really bad when I moved in but the apartments can come spray every Wednesday you just have to ask so they came and sprayed and I rarely see any bugs anymore. My neighbors have been pleasant. Maintence emergencies get fixed ASAP but if it’s not an emergency it may take a few weeks but it gets done. I would recommend these apartments. They are affordable and safe. Tons of kids, daycare on property which is actually really well priced and I like it. My rule with apartments is always live near the office, less things seem to happen there and live upstairs. So I rate this a 4 out of 5, just bc they r not super fancy.
