Needed a drug test and got seen as a walk in. It was my first time here. The lady at the front desk had bad customer service. Didn’t make me feel welcome at all. Once I got seen by the nurse that performed my test the visit went great! She was nice and even gave me tips and great advice for my clinicals. I was in and out within half an hour.

Absolutely horribly ran. Long waits, no one on staff will give you any info. I will never go here again. Ask doctor to give you different lab.

Horrible service. Took forever to get my blood drawn. There was also a crazy lady in there and she was throwing a fit, so she made my experience even worse. I would suggest going to another LabCorp if you can.

This place is awful, and so poorly run. Ask your doctor if there is anywhere else you can do your lab work. I just left this location after being told I could walk in without any problems. I should have left when I walked in and saw that the waiting room was so crowded that all the FLOORSPACE was taken up with people sitting. I wasted nearly two hours there, and only three people were called into the office during that time. I left after the guy next to me said he actually made an appointment and still had to wait an hour. I tried to call for appointment times after I left and they didn’t even pick up the phone. Currently trying to see if I have any other options since this company doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. EDIT: I’ve been told that it’s actually the insurance company that determines which lab you’re sent to, unfortunately, so no choice but to return.

Take the number of people in front of you and multiply by fifteen, that’s how many minutes you will wait. It is understaffed to the point that I was badly bruised drawing labs because the technician was rushed and distracted. You would think that LabCorp would have this down by now. Not fast, efficient or friendly.

This location has been slow and understaffed the last two times I visited(once in the morning and once in the afternoon). It also seems to make no difference if you schedule an appointment or not, everyone is seen first-come-first-served(though I believe this is a trend for LabCorp as a whole).
