We have eaten here since they first opened on an occasional basis. Our love is Natalitas. Last time we ate here I told the mgr I think we will be coming back here more often. We did. There was 3 of us. We ordered a quesadilla appetizer, 3 Santa Maria dinners, a beer and 2 ice teas. When 2 beers arrived I should have known this was not a good idea. When my Santa Maria went to another table and they had to send it back was the 2nd warning. I tried to get someones attention. i finally went to the person who was seating people and told her this she said ok. I lost my appetite and got a to go box. I am a good tipper but no tip for this waiter. When the cashier asked how it was I told her I was very unhappy and never coming back. She said the waiter didn’t hear you. I said there were 3 people at the table shouldn’t he have asked only one dinner. The other lady got belligerant and said but you had had an appetizer. No mas La Hacienda even though you are close to my house we will driver farther to Natalita’s because they don’t treat their customers this way.

Giving this place a 4 stars because it was my first time being there. I had Pollo Loco(One half Chicken Marinated then broiled) and it was delicious.

Food was great. We ordered the fajitas for one and more than enough to share for $ 15. I’m real particular about chips and salsa and theirs was good. We will be back!

I had the taco all carbon and it was delicious. Wish it would’ve came with rice but it’s cool. Flavor was good. Price not bad. Décor was cool. Will definitely be back.

We like this place enough to return often mostly because it’s in walking distance of our home. The service is always good, food is good and fast and the margaritas are decent. My 6 year old loves this place because of the cinnamon sugar fried tortillas you get on the way out!

Just happened across this place because Tony’s is closed on Sundays and I was in the neighborhood… jonesin for some cheese enchiladas. They did not disappoint… this may very well be my first stop next time!

Probably the most beautiful Mexican restaurant in Houston. Food is good, but hasn’t been hit the last 2 times I’ve been here. They have a huge problem with service. The staff stand and sit and you have to flag them down to get their attention. The service and oversight by management is seriously lacking. I don’t see how they will make it with service this poor. Sad, because it is a beautiful place!

Best Mexican in Garden Oaks/Oak Forest. Great service and atmosphere. Only thing lacking is the weak house margaritas. Barely any tequila. Hope they fix soon.

Went there tonight for dinner and none of us will ever go back. 6 adults and 2 kids and after we signed the check, one of the managers interrupted our conversation to let us know that since the restaurant went on a wait, they limit their tables to 45 minutes and we needed to leave. Really?! That’s how this place treats their paying customers? Their food isn’t anywhere near good enough to treat people that way — plenty of superior options in the area.

Tonight me and some family dined at La Hacienda, it was a nice experience nice staff and alright food my only concern was with my Tortilla Soup the flavor was magnificent sadly the bowl had only a few shreds of chicken and cheese the rest was perfectly fine!

I normally like this place. I have a hard time though when a take out order was meant to be for chicken Acapulco, written up as dinner Acapulco(how would I know the difference) and not wanting to correct as I already started on the dinner as I thought that under all that sauce was chicken. Was does ‘customer service’ mean today?

I found this place one night when neighboring Tony’s was packed. Overall, the food was decent cantina fare. I like thicker queso dip and found theirs to be spot on. The enchiladas were not as good as Tony’s but they were appropriately priced. I would define this place as a value establishment. The only downside to the place is that service has been particularly slow. This is weird given the open concept of the dining room and the number of waiters floating around. Overall, go here when you want cheap enchiladas.

La Hacienda is a wonderful neighborhood spot if you are in Timbergrove, Oak Forrest, Shady Acres and the Heights. I highly recommend the cheese enchiladas and over sized frozen margaritas.

Decent food and service. Broken booth seat made the dinner very miserable. Would’ve given more stars but when mentioned to the staff I was told they try to fix them… not the correct answer in my opinion if you’re looking for repeat business. Probably won’t be back. Too many other options that are better out there that are close with great food and service to come back here

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Not super busy, with plenty of seating and parking. The food was okay, with all the typical Mexican dishes. I’ve heard good things about it, but it didn’t exactly wow me. I guess I’m partial to el Tiempo on navigation. Prices were fair.

Great fajitas. I am a huge fan of this place. Really enjoy the good, service and ambiance. The fajitas taste just as good as papasitos. Quality beef. I really enjoy all the dishes in have had there. Great food for a great price. My sister who lives in San Diego really loved it.

Always impressed here. Great decorations and customer service. I usually go with the seafood enchiladas or the taco salad. You will not be disappointed in this place. Nice little hidden kept Houston secrete

We’ve eaten here a few times and everyone leaves happy. The husband eats the fajitas almost every time and loves them. I think their enchiladas are great. The only items we’ve had that we weren’t a fan of were the menudo and the charro beans. Maybe it was just not the day for either of those… but they weren’t good. The service is always great, even on busy Friday nights.
