Usually, I don’t have a tough time communicating with manicurists given that I’m vietnamese and Chinese so I can break down the accents. But I really suggest here!
I like getting regular gel manicures. But they offer shellac here, which I believe costs more than regular gel. And when I asked for regular gel options. they gave me shellac options. Whatever.
So a shellac gel manicure is $ 25. If you want french tip it’s $ 30. I had to soak off my previous gel job so that was $ 3. Usually gel manis are done within an hour. She took about 1.5.
Got a regular pedicure so that was $ 20. It was decent. But, the lady that did my toes had a customer walk in towards the end of my session, so I noticed she rushed through putting the top coat on to go and see her new client. I watched her put the top coat on and she didn’t even go from one end to the other. It was like, a slab on top coat and moved on.
$ 48 total… I’m from Los Angeles And I pay this amount there. But I recieve more for that amount. I would’ve expected this to be a little less.

Rude as hell. Kayla and the man at the counter. I refuse to give then my money again. Im so glad another nail shop is coming soon on Rankin road next to family dollar. I will be going there

I love this salon. I stop by about every 2 weeks to get my nails done. I’m a satisfied customer every single time.
It’s clean, they are fast, and your nails look great!

Decent. Have been here a few times. The guy that used to do my nails is no longer here and they had no idea where he went or they did not want to say. Also they NO longer have Wifi anymore which sucks. So until they do I’m not coming back. THEY ARE VERY NICE THOUGH.

First off let me say I don’t usually come here. I found this place driving up the road & looked it up on Unilocal.So the man first started off grabbing my feet & placing them in the water. Was really rough. He then aid some jibberish & they began to laugh. Also, when he filed my nail down he constantly digged into my nail even when I jecked backed he held my foot. So, after he was finished I thought it couldn’t get any worse. The girl came over, POINTED to what he has scraped from my feet & laughed & said something in a different language. I asked if there was a problem & they simply grew quiet. Then when she began taking off my color for my refill she was talking to the other lady laughing… So hard that she stopped my nails. Overall, this isn’t the the place u want to go. I listed only SOME of the problems I HAD here, not to mention others that were sitting next to me. Wow. Everyone was irritated. Oh & I got my eyebrows done too… All I can say is wow. Definitely did not get a tip & definitely won’t have my service again!

The facility is nice. HOWEVER, I went in to get a manicure, and it was the first time I’ve ever walked out of a nail place.
The tools they used were not sanitized. The lady squirted it with hydrogen peroxide to clean it; she did that in front of me. When she went to file my nails, she barely looked at the. She filed them crooked and inconsistent when shaping them. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted, when I like them square, so some are square and some are rounded. When she went to put lotion to soften my cuticles, she didn’t even put them on my cuticles, but on the nail. After soaking my nails, when they normally push back your cuticles, she barely touched my cuticles, sometimes not touching them at all. When they’re supposed to cut the cuticles and excess skin, she clipped on the skin, but didn’t take anything off.
I told them I changed my mind, and I offered to pay so I could leave. They all gathered around me. I didn’t want to call the lady out in front of everyone. I’ll just stop trying to find places near work, and stick to the place I normally go.

My pedi was great, I come in for a full set and it was horrible. I asked for the mistake to be fixed and they were rude. The first time I was here I had no issues and today was just a horrible experience!

I use to patronize this establishment alot and became dissatisfied with how my pedicure was done. When I spoke with Kayla she seem to be unconcerned with my issue and walk away laugh without helping me. Customer service was a complete joke. They change employees too much so you can not ever get use to one person.

This is really nice compared to other nail shops in this neighborhood, it’s really clean, everyone is really nice, but it is very pricey compared to other shops in this neighborhood, what I can say is that Kim and V did an amazing job on my nails, and as in Leslie S complaining about the kind of people that go in there, we’ll let me tell you were this place is located she must not know, it is in greenspoint!!! Yes the ghetto sweetheart!!! The nail shop is located right next to a frenchies and ghetto apartments ghetto neighborhood so what do you expect, while I was there, there was two customers complaining about the prices. So Leslie S you must not be from around here.

This was my first visit to the salon. It was well kept and not overly smelly of nail polish. I opted for a pedicure and manicure combo which was very affordable. They offer you free drinks including wine.
The pedicure was amazing, hot stones, paraffin wax, and a great massage. I had a French manicure done my nails which was perfect, I also received a massage with that.
I am very pleased and will be back for sure. Thank you!

I went to this location for the first time to take my niece to get her nails done because she lives on that end of town. I love love this place. I love everything about. I had the best spa pedicure I ever had in my life. I will be going back again.

Very nice place. Looks clean, staff is nice and attentive. Good customer service. Nail techs take their time and I do not feel that they are rushing through my service. They use plastic in their spa tubs, and offer drinks for everyone. Easy enough to communicate with them.
Next time, I should make an appointment to cut my wait time. Also, my white tip shellac is already coming off, only three days later because they only applied one coat unfortunately.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon near home that is good quality and I’ve finally found it ! I went in two days ago and got my nails done and a pedicure and both women took their time and I really felt pampered. They offer you drinks as soon as you get there and it’s just a relaxing environment .
I’d give this place 5 stars except for the fact that while I was there, there was 6 other «women» there that were half naked. Butt hanging out of their shorts and just extremely ghetto. Of course you can’t control what kind of people you attract but wow. These girls were cussing and yelling even at staff. I was not very comfortable because of that .
Other than that it was amazing !

This place was very clean and new. Staff was very nice. And the prices are GREAT! Close to work in Greenspoint area. We were in and out in about an hour. Will come back.

I Love This Place, I Live In Missouri City But My Family Lives In The Down The Street And I Stopped In And Got A Pedi, Wanting A (Pedi &Mani) But I Was Being Rushed By My Husband. So I Just Got The Pedi And I Cant Wait To Return For My Mani. This Place Is New & Clean And Staff Is So Nice And Friendly, And The Massage Chairs AMAZING! Best Pedi Ive Had Thus Far Its Been A Week And My Toes Still Look Flawless! 5Stars (Also Got A Brow Wax That Was AWESOME)

Nice new spot. They have been open for almost a month. My Thi moved to this nail shop and I followed.
It’s huge. One side is lined with the spa chairs and the other side are the nail tables.
Everything is new and clean. They use liners for the foot spa — win! It’s clean! I did one of the special spa treatments with paraffin wax and hot stones. Awesome. The wax is amazing! It makes your feet so smooth. And the massage and stones are so relaxing.
The nail chairs are really comfortable and nice not the ones that roll all over the place.
I’ve been with Thi long enough that my hands and feet always look great.
The atmosphere and environment is nice. They also offer you a drink. I think one of the spa treatment comes with wine! yay!
They take debit/​credit cards. They also do waxing and eyelashes and shellac. Oh and they also have some Essie nail polishes. That was pretty awesome! I love their polish!
Overall it’s my new spot and definitely worth a try! They have a promotion right now — 20% until Oct 5^th. Saved me $ 7!
