This is a Jem of a bar if you ever have the chance of going. Great for going with by yourself or medium to big pig groups. Plenty of space for a lot of people to be in at one time. The people inside are very kind and the deink specials are great on your pocket. Great place to either start the night off before going downtown or for a good night cap.

It had been over 10 years since I was inside Jumps. I have to say it is a really cool place. Someone told me that they remodeled the bar since the last time I had been there. Well they did a really good job. I really like this neighborhood bar and they also serve Top Texas Craft Beer which is music to my ears. If you live in the neighborhood and looking for a spot to watch a game or just relax over a few beers… you should check it out!

I’ve been to several bars around the alief and westchase area, and believe me when i say that no other place beats jumps. Badass music, karaōke, cheap drinks, beer pong tables, awesome patio and the staff is awesome.

My first time at a bar since turning 21. I went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Overall, the bouncer was nice to me. He even went to give me a high 5 while I was conversing with a new found friend. People here are super friendly. I accidentally left my headlights on and complete strangers helped me jump start my car when I was heading home. They had live karaōke and everyone was invited to sing onstage. With really awesome lights and fog effect. Pool tables, high tables, and TVs outside with outdoor seating to kickback and relax. Thankfully, my friend’s group was there to help me along with my experience! I will definitely come back again whenever my friend decides to hold an event.

I came here on a Saturday night hoping for the best and expecting the worst, since I have lived in the area before several years ago and never though to go inside. Turns out, it is pretty laid back, drinks are reasonable, crowd is totally mixed and unpretentious and the music and/​or karaōke is alright. It can get very loud in there. If you’re in the area and are looking for a regular neighborhood bar, you should check this place out.

I love Jumps :) I live on the NW, but when I’m in the area this is definitely the bar to go to. You really can’t beat their drink specials & the staff is super friendly, accommodating, and interactive with the guests. This place also has some of the nicest regulars I’ve ever met at a bar, hands down. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Jumps is a suspiciously great place for a drink with a small crowd. The karaōke is excellent and myriad and the KJ is friendly if crass. The wait-​staff is largely good. The owner is often behind the bar being welcoming. A couple of the girls are clearly to be looked at more than to pour drinks but they are still very friendly and accommodating to the snobbiest of drinkers. The place is pretty big with a ‘cozy’ patio area.
The only gripes I have is that the place feels a bit cavernous but that’s mostly because it’s still a neighborhood bar that hasn’t gotten huge yet.
I should point out that it’s a neighborhood bar I drive 30 minutes out of my way to attend.
