I work right down the road and always get delivery — the customer service is always great. They always deliver in less than 10 min.

Disappointing phone & delivery service. Called today to place a lunch order for myself and my coworker to have delivered to my job. Took 10 minutes to get my order correct over the phone… spoke to 2 people and then finally requested to speak to a manager. I ordered the Vito with xtra peppers/​xtra mayo with chips and a drink. My coworker ordered the #4. Two sandwiches, chips and a drink… not complicated. Then when I got my delivery, I had no chips even though they charged me for them, and no hot peppers on my sandwich. This location needs to get it together.

I never had such rude customer service in my entire life. I ordered deliver and handed the man the money. I asked for my change back but He just left without giving him my change. I had called them telling them politely I want my change back. He sent someone back a different guy he hands me my change back and says if you don’t want to tip don’t order deliver then walked away. I was going to tip but they never handed my change back for me to tip them. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN and I’m going to make sure to tell my friends and family the horrible experience I had! Don’t go to this Jimmy Johns!

I wouldn’t call it freaky fast or even fast when I ordered over an hour ago and it still hadn’t arrived (after confirming with the store after half an hour). My roommates pizza arrived sooner and now I wish Id ordered that but now its too late to even get pizza delivered. I still called and cancelled after an hour because this isn’t what I paid for. One sandwich from 2 blocks away. What a joke.
I have ordered from this location too many times to count (because it is 2 blocks away) and I feel the quality has gone down in the delivery service (not the food itself). They usually forget to include extras asked for and I have to go outside to open the gates for the drivers (there is a code) and the whole point of delivery is because I don’t want to leave my house. I’m finding a new spot that delivers.

Today is the day I realized why I don’t eat here anymore. Went to two locations. One ran out of French bread and only had wheat so I had to drive to another one. Finally Ordered my sandwich quickly. No line. The employees were great. My sandwich was not! Hardest bread I have ever tasted. A few years ago I knew Jimmy Johns for their fresh bread. Honestly should of just waited the 25 minutes for the fresh bread on hilcroft. I probably wouldn’t be disappointed or hungry still.

BEWARE. Don’t ask for a knife and fork from this location or you’ll end up with a mouthful of attitude. Rude dude cutting meat just gave me a piece of his mind. He obviously doesn’t know anything about customer service or the fact that some people can’t bite into a sandwich because of dental work. I even tried to explain but he kept mouthing off. Thanks for ruining what used to be my favorite part of the day. Maybe I’ll go to the Subway next door… The only mouthful I get from them is sandwich.

The manager has attitude!!! I asked for some more lettuce and instead of giving me some he said next time at the register ask for extra its not free!
I said sir l was being polite and instead saying you didnt put enough l said may l have some more!!! He said no thats what we put in a sandwich! He always fights

This location has delivered to my office a few times over the past couple of months. I don’t think they have ever delivered a correct, complete order. Every order is missing something: a pickle, a drink, chips. Orders never include napkins. They might be «freaky fast», but this location is also «freaky bad».
We generally let it slide because it’s too much of a hassle to complain, and generally if we are ordering Jimmy Johns, it’s because we are too busy to go out and get something better.
Today, another delivery and more of the same: the delivery guy spilled a drink and showed up without chips. And whoever made my wrap did a horrible job. The wrapper paper was wrapped into the middle of my wrap, and the bottom quarter somehow was missing the lettuce wrapper entirely.

Every single time I try to get delivery to my home, this location either takes forever (over an hour), I have to cancel the order because they take too long, or they call me to tell me it’s going to take a while (just happened). Their reasoning is always that they only have one driver, so he has to go on multiple runs at one time. I’m sorry. Your slogan is «freaky fast delivery». I don’t see an asterisk or anything indicating a stipulation. It’s not my problem you only have one driver. This has happened enough to say that they have lost a customer in me.

Freaky fast? I placed an order on a Sunday evening and he told me it would take 40 minutes. No thanks

World’s slowest Jimmy John’s. So slow you’ll freak. Don’t go to this one. I work in the area and their delivery time is usually 45 minutes. I’m only a few blocks away.

Yall forgot my chips and drink I just ordered a sub and had it delivered. Left a tip and I shouldn’t have. Instead of being «freaky fast» yall should check if yall have everything before delivering it.

I love their sandwiches… They are beyond amazing, something so addictive about them. Its super great. Thy also have samples that u can try. They do delivery, follow detailed instructions and very fast. They are friendly overall … They can’t go wrong. I wish they had deals at times.
The sandwiches are always fresh, tasty, deliciooooooooooous … I have like 2 a day and surprisingly I never did put on weight. Its super fresh. Super good. Must try.

TL: DR. OK sandwiches, Fair pricing, and quick delivery.
I order from them using their website. It is a fast and simple process. I will continue ordering them when I need quick food. The sandwiches aren’t amazing. The ingredients aren’t phenomenal. Don’t go there expecting gourmet it’s just a solid sandwich, solid staff, solid price, and quick delivery

I’m a huge fan of Jimmy John’s. The sanwiches are always fresh and delivered fast. Sevice is friendly. If I am in a city with a Jimmy John’s these things never seem to change.
Their bread is always so fresh and good. The meat is always present and plentiful, not like other places where it’s a little meat on a salad sandwich. I’m not big on leaving out for lunch to eat… lunch is made for shopping. So if I’m really busy and I look up and it’s well past 2, I give JJ’s a holla and they bring my little samich to me.
The Club Lulu is my go to, bacon makes everything better!

I personally love Jimmy John’s, I have been receiving delivery orders from them for years. Now that I work on Richmond and placed an order from this location and gave my cc info, which they ran. To only have a call back and say that they don’t deliver to my address.
My question is, why wouldn’t you tell me this prior to letting me order and take my credit card info and run my card. Like really? NOT HAPPY!

People come to have ur so called «Gourmet» sandwiches but u cant be comparable to a Subway … (Fyi i dont even wanna list Which Wich !!!)
Simplest sw ever with zero taste and flavour.
Only one veggi option and that too had no salt, not toasted … Juss rushed for that speedy delivery !! I had just finished ordering and my sw was ready :-0 !!!

The veggi sw just had some white spread.lettuce. Avacado and tomato :-/​

My office orders here frequently due to the fast delivery service. This was my first time having Jimmy John’s. I was impressed. The sandwiches are reasonably priced. There is no delivery fee. You can order just one sandwich and they will still deliver.
The phone service was professional. My food delivered in less than 15 minutes during the rush hour traffic. My Club Lulu was fresh and packed with tons of meat and lettuce.
