I’ve been coming here for a wile now and there’s always something wrong they eithe can’t take out the stains I requested or they ruin my cloths. I spen a lot of money on the cleaners for them to return them not cleaned and ruined. When I showed he what she did she to my cloths she said we can not do that material made me pay twice for a shirt she ruined and simply said oh well! I will never go there again and recommend you not to either!!! I don’t like throwing money away!!!

Used this place last week to clean a few items. The staff was very nice and got the job done very efficiently and cost effective. Will definitely be using this place for my dry cleaning needs and it’s great that it’s so close to my job, so I can drop off before work and pick up on my way to the casa.

Been using Jerry’s since I moved to Houston a year ago. Great quality, friendly folks, good prices and clothes are always ready on time. There’s even covered parking for when it rains! Ann always has a smile for her customers… highly recommended!

I just have to say… I left a shirt here about 6 months ago. I forgot about it. It was my first time there and not my regular place. I tried them again this week and when I picked up my cloths, they included that shirt… After all that time? Really? Wow !!! Well done. Jerry’s is now my regular place. The people are friendly and the price is really good. Cheaper that was I was paying.

First time there they lost my pair of paints and gave me some old lady’s 6P and insisted they were mine. «Are you sure there not your mothers?» Obviously I’m not a 6p and what they gave me were cheap jogging pants not my Neiman’s pants. Poor management and organization. Service with a poor attitude. I do not recommend this nightmare on anyone.
