I have been a client for a few years now and they do a tremendous job when they first come out. Unfortunately, it is follow up service that is lacking. Be ready to purchase their monthly service plan — otherwise, you will be left in the cold. Juan always has an excuse why he does not call you back. One of my cameras lost color over a year ago and it still has not been fixed. He came out to troubleshoot it, but still no color. I was told me that they could try one other thing, but they couldn’t really figure out what the problem is. I would have to pay for this solution because it involved new wires or something, but there was no guarantee that it would work. It seems a bit unfair that I am expected to pay for«experimentation», when they should know how to repair it and to restore the camera to the condition that it was in when they first installed it(with color). Like I said, be sure to purchase the service plan, so that they will be forced to fix your equipment for free if something goes wrong(and it will). I learned the hard way.

They were efficient and did exactly what they said they would do for exactly the price quoted. There were no hidden fees or nonsense. We would definitely recommend JE Security to anyone wanting a home security system. Everything came with a warranty and he took the time to show us how everything worked. The clarity on the cameras is amazing– even on our cell phones.
