At first I thought I would be rushed to make a decision, but that wasn’t the case at all. Everyone there was patient and very knowledgeable about their product. They were able to show me a variety of options all within my budget.

I brought a gold ring with diamond for repair and was busy for a long time and didn’t have a chance to pick it up. And than I contacted them to ask if it is OK to stop by and take the ring. They told me that somebody came and took it already. I asked if they have the name or signature of the person who signed for it or if I can see the receipt. The answer was that they have the signature which dose not match my signature (I signed at the time of dropping of the ring) and they have the receipt but there are not going to show me anything. I got transferred to manager and she hung up on me. I went to the store to try to talk to them in person. Asked for manager but she never came out of her office. she just passed the Jared Customer Service number with some of their sales person. Now I don’t have the ring and can’t get any info on it they refuse to show me the receipt. even though I was there customer for few years and buying jewelry only from them.

Bought my diamond wedding band here, had a great experience. Lizzy helped us out, she was very patient, and found me the perfect diamond band for my solitaire without pushing the sale.
Went back a second time to fix my pearl earrings (a family heirloom), and Chris was very helpful, he provided me with the best solution for my very old (and delicate) pair of earrings. He was very accommodating to my timeline, it was a last minute emergency repair! 24hr turn around! Thank you!

Evette was such a sweetheart! Ask for her. She polished my earrings & gave them new matching backs, and I jus went in for a routine cleaning. (Watch out for the older woman with super red eyes! She kept touching my guys arm trying to pull him aside to converse, so uncomfortable.)
