I made an appointment 3 weeks ago, it was not an appointment. I did not have my own attendant, there were not seats for family, it was packed and off the rack dresses YOU pick out and put on yourself. I was told even though we have an appointment, she had 8 other brides to help and additional walk ins. We left after 10 minutes. I do not recommend this store.

We stopped here yesterday morning to look for bridal dresses for my cousin who is on a time crunch for her wedding. Although we didn’t have an appointment and it was a Saturday, Terri, one of the employees was simply amazing! I don’t know if it was because we were there early but she didn’t turn us away and was extremely helpful in helping my cousin find the right dress for her. She listened to what my cousin wanted, keeping her budget in mind and really tried to pull as many dresses as she could for her. I was very impressed by her customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help my cousin find a dress. I would definitely recommend the place because of Terri. The other employee that we encountered was quite nice as well but I don’t remember her name. She was helping a bride next to us but was helpful and nice as well.

We visited this shop in early August 2015 to look for bridesmaid dresses. There were several garbage bags outside the front door the 2 times we visited. We were NEVER GREETED OR APPROACHED by any of the 3 employees that were chatting and standing at the front counter for the entire visit. When we needed help, there was no one willing to assist. The store was messy and dirty and the dresses were hung in disarray. We have it a fair shot on 2 separate occasions. Each time we had identical experiences. Do not waste your time.

The only reason I didn’t give Panache 1 star is because of Vanessa. She truly is amazing. She helped me find my wedding dress and has always been helpful and nice (even though she’s extremely difficult to connect with on the phone).
Even though Vanessa is great, I 100% regret getting my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at Panache. Vanessa is the only nice and seemingly competent person I have dealt with at Panache.
When I went to go try on my wedding dress for the FIRST time, no one could find it. They asked if they called to tell me it was in and I told them that they had. After searching for 45 minutes and calling the designer to confirm that the dress had actually been delivered, someone finally found it in the back. When they brought it out, it was still in the box — they did not even take the time to take the dress out of the box, put it on a hanger, and fluff it up a bit. No bride wants to see her wedding dress in a cardboard box!
Once they finally found the dress, I went to go put it on in the dressing room. When the dress wouldn’t button in the back, the lady asked me if I was on my period, suggesting that I was too bloated to wear the dress. Turns out, the wrong size dress had been ordered for me. In reality, I had lost 1 inch in my bust and 1.5 inches in my waist since the dress was ordered. To say the least, not only was I upset that the dress didn’t fit, but I was also offended by the lady asking if I was on my period.
VANESSA WAS NOT PART OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have no doubt that if she had been at the store during this experience, I would have not left in tears.

After having a terrible experience at David’s Bridal, I called Panache and got a last minute appointment with Vanessa. We told her what happened at DB and she immediately went looking to find me something I would love. She found me 3 dresses that I LOVED and she made me feel like a star walking out of the dressing room. I did not buy yesterday but made another appointment for next week with the mothers to make my final decision. There was no pressure on me to make a decision right then and there and I was made to feel extra relaxed.
The outside of the store is nothing special, but go in and you’ll be surprised at the amount of dresses they have and the knowledge of what will work best for you on your big day!

The employees there were extremely nice and helpful! The prices were good, not too high; not too low. There’s a variety of dresses to choose and try on. I love this place, will definitely come back!

Picked it up today and no one seemed to care. I was told that this was the risk «I» took. News to me. One woman said «Sorry» as I left angry.
If having your dress come in a month late is fine with you, then it’s a great place to go! Gambling with this type of purchase is not acceptable to me.

After a terrible experience with the owner of Debbie’s, I called Panache and not only were they able to get the dress I saw at Debbie’s and match the price, they were just plain NICE! I dealt with Rosa but she was busy when I got there and a young girl at the counter was happy to help me until Rosa was free. We tried on the DREAM dress we found at Debbie’s and Rosa knew how ti clip it properly so we could really see the fit. And, the best news, my daughter is a perfect size 6 and with the heels she tried on there, probably no hemming either. Is the building beautiful inside and out, NO, but who cares, I’m not holding my wedding there, right? Nice people, genuine service and trying to help us with our budget trump a PRETTY store, any day!!!

I used Panache for my bridesmaid dresses and of all the headaches you have when planning a wedding — bridesmaid dresses should not be one of them. This store is 100% incompetent. I decided to use them over Weddings by Debbie because the bridesmaid coordinator at WbD was not very friendly and the person I spoke to a Panache was. Well being nice and being competent are 2 very separate characteristics. I would have much rather worked with a rude person that got stuff done as opposed to the idiots running Panache. Also the store feels gross when you walk in but I was determined to order B2 by Jasmine dresses because they were the perfect color/​style. If I could do this over I’d say screw Panache and just have all of my bridesmaids order a dress from Nordstrom. DO NOT GO HERE!
