Their food made me very sick! :(I ordered a sausage sandwich and I could tell it was sitting there for a few hours. I was so hungry by that time I ate it anyways… They also didn’t complete my order and forgot my tacos. I don’t recommend this place. The workers seem to not care.

Poor customer service… the server, sandra was not helpful and messed up my order. Specifically told her I dont eat beef or pork and still she added that to my chicken sandwich!!! Plus, the wrong order took a while to come… there was never an inch of smile on her face and looked like she was serving food in some prison. Not coming to this location again!

They were out of napkins the morning I visited them, but I would take fresh food and no napkins over the cold & soggy food from the one on San Felipe.

I don’t usually eat fast food, but once in a while I could go for some Jack in the Crack. I like that they have a bunch of different types of things on their menu. Not gonna go it since I would say most people already know what JIB has.
I will say that this is probably the nicest and friendliest and most competent fastfood staff outside of Chick-​Fila. Every time I’ve been through the drive thru, the staff has always been great and courtesy.

Reviewing a Jack in the Box is pretty unorthodox, but I felt it was worth knowing for those Unilocaling «nearby food» at 3am.
This Jack is exemplary. For some reason, the staff is very cheery, polite, and excellent English speakers. They get my order right, are courteous, and even bring it out to the car super late. Hell, for all they know, I could have a weird fetish for fast food workers and curly fries.
Don’t go to the McDonalds or Taco Bell nearby. IT IS FULL OF DUMBFUCKS. That is all, enjoy your day.
