We have an insurance policy that contracts to local Houston vendors to service our appliances as needed. Our average time trying to get an update on our repair is about 20 mins at the least. Long«hold» times and they never follow up after a part has been«ordered». For example service for our washer We had to continually call back to schedule when the repair person should come back to repair the washer. Not them updating us and scheduling a time to come. They had to come out 2 – 3 times to fix a leaking washer and still couldn’t find out what was wrong with it. Our dishwasher we have called 3 times for repair and now it’s leaking everywhere and we can’t use it. Since a part was suppose to be ordered they will not come back out again until the part comes in regardless of the situation. The technician came out Friday couldn’t «hear» the squeaking the dishwasher was making so said he will order a new pump after the motor was already replaced. i also recorded the noise the dishwasher was making to let the technician hear it. Come Sunday night my dishwasher is leaking everywhere. I call Monday no return phone call can’t get a hold of the technician. Tuesday I call no update. Wednesday i call still no update if the part was ordered or not and can’t get a hold of the technician. If we didn’t already pay for the service with Assurant insurance I would never contract Intelfix to fix anything!
