By far the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to! It wasn’t a busy day and my waiter got my order wrong three times, never came to visit our table, the other workers didn’t seem to care about my order and the food wasn’t good. If you have the opportunity, GOSOMEWHEREELSE!

My sister ordered to go and she ordered two brioches combos. When I first saw the bag I knew it was going to be a mess. First off four containers in one bag on their sides is a stupid and awful idea. Second, the bag had a lot of berry drippings mixed with grease from the sides. Third, the brioches were missing berries and one had leftover onions on it. Called the manager to complain and she told me she packed it herself and that it was nicely packaged when my sister took it. –_– right. So when I went out to tell her that this was unacceptable, she told me to drop it off again and that she would be waiting all night *sarcasm intended on her part* Anyways, $ 30 later and the worst customer service ever, I really recommend you pass to another ihop or better yet save your money and skip breakfast at any food place.

VERYRUDE! Me and my elderly mother were about to sit down until the manager pushed her out the way and fell down. The manager was yelling at the staff and made me and my mother very uncomfortable. Some people even left before ordering their drinks. I will never come back here!

I’ve been here for 11 minutes and there is no sense of urgency. My waitress just asked me what I want to drink, after being seated for 11 minutes. Usually on Sundays they are busy but today not so much. I think its just my waitress because other folks who came after me have gotten thier food. All I know is I have an hour to get my food and eat it. And just now, as I type this, a elderly wht man was seated next to me, and my waitress gave him a quick response. He hadn’t opened the menu yet and she was asking him what he wants to drink. Do I not deserve that same service? I’m not sitting here looking like a bum, im here in my rail supervisor uniform. Every customer is important!
