So, I went in to get new services. I waited around for a good 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I finally get an associate who I think is quite helpful but she was a bit rushy. I leave with new services and a new phone. Less than an hour later, I have no access to the Internet or my GPS services. Turns out, the sales associate forgot to activate my Internet or provide me with insurance on my new device! The customer service and attentiveness is definitely lacking here.

Jonathan is the most attentive and most caring supervisor from a T-mobile I have ever met. Usually, I’m not even greeted when walking in any other T-mobile store. Usually, I’m hassled by not very knowledgeable sales representatives that seem to want me to cancel my contract, pay the termination fee, only to re-open an account with them.(are you serious?) So USUALLY I am reluctant to even step foot in a T-mobile store. I came in the first time to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and could not upgrade, so I wanted to pay for it out of pocket. He understood my situation and recommended that yes it was cheaper than trying to upgrade or cancel my contract. Honesty! wow, rare in a sales person now a days. He made sure I was taken care of by the sales person that was ringing me up. A week later I had to come back because My Note 3 is was defective, and he remembered me instantly, he signed me in to make sure I was in order. 6 minutes later he grabbed the next associate to take care of me. He ran straight to the back and grabbed the note 3 to exchange for me immediately. His sales associate on the other hand was quite rude and didn’t care that I was standing there and asked if I had the receipt 3 times without wanting to listen to what I had to say, but she got the job done really quick. We were in and out with no problems! I was surprised that Jonathan spoke Spanish because he looks like dark haired Irish guy. No offense of course.
