Wow, where to begin. Ordered a custom cake for 10 to pick up Saturday NO LATER THAN 4:45. I wrote all of the details down including my contact information etc. I’ve been emailed a picture of the cake and received an email back saying they could do my cake for me. They then emailed me on Friday asking if I would like to cancel my cake order since it was going to rain. No. I still think I’m holding a birthday party. Repeatedly asked you numerous emails for them to confirm the 4:45 PM pick up time. Never heard once from them on time although they responded on various other things in the email. Went to pick it up today after they told me it would not be ready until 5:30 PM. They stated they didn’t have it ready because their «secretary» hadn’t written my order in their calendar. No apologies or anything. I’m now late for the party I am hosting, trying to buy a cake at Randalls. Feel sorry for anyone would use them for a wedding cake!!!

I bought an Oreo birthday cake for my daughter and it was quite fabulous. The owner executed my custom design perfectly and had it ready in a couple of hours. My daughter and friends loved it.
They also make great specialties like chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels. Even their donuts are fancy and delicious.
