I love this place. Gets the job done! Everything on the menu is worth trying. And they’re BLACK-​OWNED!!!

Tried this place after seeing some reviews about it. First, I’ll comment on the food. The burger was amazing. Super juicy and fresh. The fries were also good, had a little spicy kick to them. My fiancé and I both ordered burger combo baskets with drinks and ate lunch for 16 $ so the prices were fantastic.
Next, the service was great. When we pulled up, the guy was outside, but he immediately came inside with a smile and took our orders. He was very friendly and helpful since we’d never been there. He even checked on us once we were done with our meals to make sure we liked everything.
My only complaint food wise would be having to ask for ketchup. There’s none on the tables and none out anywhere so you must ask for it. He was very friendly and brought me 3 little bitty condiment cups full of ketchup, but of course I needed more. I didn’t ask since I didn’t want to keep making him go to the back to get it, so I would rather it be out on tables so I can use the amount I want.
We will be back when we are in the mood for a great burger and friendly service. I will say, if you’re looking for a super clean restaurant, this one isn’t for you. The floors were sticky, cook was wearing flip flops in the kitchen, and table tops were nasty. We used antibacterial hand sanitizer to clean the table top and the napkin we wiped it off with was solid black. I tried not to think about that and just enjoyed my food instead, but a little cleaning of the place wouldn’t hurt.

If you’re looking to fall into a food coma by the time you get back home/​work than this is the place. Greasy deliciousness. The place is new and you can tell as soon as you walk in. I’m guessing it’s black owned but I’m not sure. The Philly is worth the guilt. Just make sure you bring someone to drive you home afterwards lol

The burgers! The lemon pepper and hot wings (when they don’t run out, which is more often than not)! The food is amazing but I have to take a star because they will run out of wings, and this famous drink that for some reason they’re out of as well most times. The menu has so many items that I would like to try but somehow I can’t escape what I like. If you’re in the area you must stop by and grab a burger, you won’t be disappointed at all.

Went during lunch today with my boyfriend, had a $ 5 burger from the lunch special and it was AMAZING, very tender and juicy. My boyfriend got the bacon ranch fries which were also amazing. Very clean atmosphere, nice staff. Might just have to be our new go to burger place!

Super in love with this place. This was my first visit, I pass it all the time and decided to give it a try. Very reasonable price wise. I got a cheeseburger and chilli cheese fries for $ 7. The food is cooked to order, fresh and most of all delicious, will definitely be back!

The customer service is great here once you walk in the door they greet you with a smile and energy.
I tried the bacon cheddar burger and it was delish. I will definitely be coming back. The only draw back from giving this place 5 stars is that it has a slighty unpleasant smell but it’s bareable. But don’t let that stop you from coming here enjoying their food.

This place gets 4 stars for food and vibe, –1 star for the cleanliness.
I had the fire cracker burger, which everyone recommends, and it was… bangin’! Really not too spicy by loaded with flavor. Just a side note: don’t come here on a diet. The firecracker has fried onions, fried jalapeños, Tai chili sauce, and cheese. My friend had a full order of some time of fries with toppings, don’t bother with that. Just get the firecracker… trust me. I also had the cheddar bacon ranch fries on the side and they were tasty but nothing too special.
CLEANLINESS: the floor is sticky, sticky, stuck… to the bottom of your shoe as soon as you walk in. Idk if this is because of the funnel cake bar or what. It’s just a bit of a turn off. Nothing really feels fresh or clean about the place… but I’d come back for the burger and maybe just get it to go and eat it on the curb or at a park.

Love the cheeseburger lunch special! Like seriously! The hamburger patties aren’t super thick which I love. Along with the burger, they give you just enough fries all for the low price of about 6 bucks. I’ve also ordered the hot and lemon pepper wings and they’re pretty scrumptious. Lastly, let’s get on the topic of their Kool-​Aid slushes. That red one though?! It’s so sugar filled, it’s disrespectfully good. The issue is that the slush machine does not always function properly or sometimes the slushes aren’t ready which makes it difficult to meet the needs of my addiction. I’m not interested in all that extra stuff on my food but it seems like others are and folks seem to love things like the cereal brunch on Sundays. Check out Hi Snacks if you’re ever in the area.
Lastly, the one negative thing I have to say about this restaurant is the smell. I can’t explain it, but sometimes it’s just weird. They should invest in a few plug in air fresheners or something.

I had the Philly Cheese Steak fries. Mega size, which is a meal in itself. Cost $ 14…a bit much. The fries were delicious nonetheless, took about ten minutes to cook my order fresh but I’d say worth the wait. Now for the bad. They were not serving burgers which is why I went with the fries, and they weren’t serving shakes for some reason. I think there’s obviously room for improvement but I enjoy the atmosphere and good nature of the employees. Give em a try!

I ate here about 2 weeks ago and totally forgot to leave a review… I bookmarked this place on Unilocal well over 2 months ago and finally got a chance to try it. It was pretty small, but the customer service was good. The burgers were huge, I don’t remember the exact names of the burgers we ordered. I ordered a firecracker burger and my boyfriend ordered a bbq burger and they were great! I’ll be back to try the red velvet funnel cakes.

Why first impession when I walked was a hip food truck vibe. Its small with about 30 seats. The costomer service was friendly, and the wait wasn’t too bad.
I definitely recommend trying the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fry burger. and the portion was than bigger I thought! The meat was nicely cooked and the fries was cooked just as well.
Food wise, it was good. If there’s one thing this business can improve on, it is definitely its sanitation.
Overall it was a good experience, and I would not mind coming here again!

We found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try due to the good reviews. We walked in and were welcomed right away by the cashier. He was very friendly and energetic when ordering our burgers, giving us our food and when we were leaving.
The décor was a bit cheap yet fun and adds to the experience of the meal. We only waited a few minutes for our food. It didn’t come out right away, which is a good thing, that way you know it’s not precooked. And it didn’t take an eternity like some annoying places do.
The burgers looked amazing and tasted great! My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger and I had the western bbq burger. The bacon cheeseburger was both of our favorites, but the western was still really good if not a bit spicy. The buns were soft and buttery, but managed to not get soaked and fall apart. The parties were a bit pink, but not bloody and had amazing flavor.
The fries were just basic french fries, not the highlight of the meal, which is fine because the burgers deserve to be in the spotlight.
I will come back not only for the food, but because of the customer service. Overall a great place for a burger.

I was in the area trying out a cupcake place and I decided to stop by.
I ended up getting some chicken strips and fries.
The customer service is off the chain, they are very friendly.
I like the atmosphere in here as well.

I came in 30 minutes before closing ordered a double cheeseburger, bacon cheddar burger, and 20 piece wings hot and lemon pepper and some bacon ranch fries. All fresh all delicious! The staff is friendly and attentive to your order! They also have funnel cake!

This is my second time here. My first experience was just like my second. Awesome! :) the workers are so sweet and check in often. The food is great I got the bacon ranch fries, bacon cheddar burger and peanut butter& chocolate fries. Everything was great! Very filling I split this amongst three people!
I feel that the name stops people from trying it out, but as you can see from the reviews it’s worth trying :).

Tried Hi-​Snacks for the first time today. I am impressed! Staff was friendly and full of smiles. The Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was to die for!!! Big plus… it didn’t break the bank!
Will definitely be back!

The best part about this place is the people. They are extremely nice and helpful,
The next best thing is the prices, very reasonable for what you get.
The food is a little above average. I have eaten burgers all over Texas and these fall right in the middle.

When you walk in to the place you will notice that most of the walls are bare. The layout is spread out. The tables are decorated with pictures /​stickers /​homemade art.
Onto the food…
The guy at the counter was super friendly. I ended up ordering their bacon ranch chicken sandwich with chili-​cheese fries. It took a while for the food to come out — but when I got it, I knew why. Everything was hot, fresh and made to order. As far as the quality, everything tasted great. I know it’s hard to mess up fried chicken — but many places do – this is NOT the case here. They’ve got their cooking down.
When I checked in, I was presented with a free offer on Unilocal.It was already too much food so I didn’t go after it. They also have some sort of loyalty program at the register. You can enter your phone number to get credit for your visits — and earn free stuff!
So, would I go back? For sure.
The only downside, which isn’t their fault, is the parking lot is really dark at night. Make sure you park up close…
