Greenwood Forest Subdivision

I fell in love with this subdivision the first time I saw it. It’s breathtaking as you drive through here. Lots of old homes, old trees, well groomed yards and tons of flower gardens.
I decided to move back to Houston from Tampa last summer. I came out in late August 2011 for the first time to start looking. From then on it was all over but the shouting. Trips back and forth to look for a new home. I happened upon this neighborhood by complete accident but once I saw it I knew I had to live here. It took a while but I finally found my dream home.
I moved here in mid-​February 2012. I have had a couple of hiccups along the way but nothing major and nothing I can’t handle. I live on a little cul-​de-​sac, know all the neighbors and life is great. The HOA isn’t too terribly ridiculous. The fees aren’t as bad as some around the area. The Clubhouse is well kept. They have no problem with me when I go there with my service dog. She’s even welcome in the pool area.
I know I will be happy here for the next 30 or so years.
