I’ve been coming here for over a year but lately the place is either under new ownership or new management because the quality has really slipped. Apparently they shove spatulas or spoons down into the blenders because today my smoothie had large pieces of white plastic in it. This is dangerous if swallowed !!! I won’t be going there anymore.

Super cheap love the variety of drinks you can get. I always get my almond blend drink and they always follow my instructions when I say half sugar lol. The fruit tea is a must ! Amazing blend of fruits with natural squeezed orange juice. Super chilled spot with a hip look and very friendly staff.

I love this place! So cheap($ 10 for a mocha with boba, a smoothie with boba, and a taro milk tea with boba) and really fresh. –we caught a post-lunch rush around 1:20PM. The line was long but it moved reasonably fast. –we saw someone cutting fresh papaya as we were waiting for our drinks! Freshly cut fruit is used for the smoothies which makes all the difference. –you can choose yogurt, milk, or water as base for your smoothies. –the milk they use in milk tea appears to be real milk rather than the fake powder nondairy stuff many bubble tea places use. I saw a gallon of milk on the counter. –they are generous with the tapioca boba. –I always like to order my taro or jasmine milk tea with no sugar and no ice and IMO it’s perfect here. –while it writes«soy milk» explicitly on the poster next to the register, they don’t have soy milk apparently. What? :/That’s the only negative about this place so overall I am a huge fan of their quality ingredients and affordable menu. I really wish there was a similar establishment in Austin.

Yeah I tried winter melon it was great. Sometimes it’s hard to find the flavor but I found it. The interior could be better but still it’s all about the tapioca which I would say they nailed it. Improvements would probably be the tapioca itself to not make it sticky it was slightly sticky not a big deal the location is okay it’s across from tan tan but the thing is u can’t see it when u are driving. But it is across the food centers I yeah it’s ok. The service was perfect nice looking employees.

Love this place! Drinks are really good, it is usually packed-but the staff is very friendly & gets your order to you correctly & fast! Love the watermelon, also the mango & honeydew drinks.(It’s just too hard to choose one favorite.) Tapioca is always fresh & good! Jellies are yummy, too!(we usually get both)

I came here after work and was greeted kindly by the owner. I ordered the fruit tea with reduced sugar and it was refreshing! I love how they use fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice in the fruit tea. I definitely recommend it! I ordered a taro smoothie with tapioca for my friend and she said it was good as well. The owner recommended it because he used real taro to blend in with milk, sugar, and ice. Gotta love fresh ingredients! I will definitely come back to try their tapioca tea drinks next time. Fast service and a very nice owner makes it easy to be a returning customer.

Parking: Go Go Ice is located in a large shopping plaza so there shouldn’t be any issue with parking. Time and Day: I usually come here at night and there isn’t a long wait. Food: Out of all the tapioca places on Bellaire, Go Go Ice beats them all for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that it tastes fresh because they blend in real fruits(unlike places that just use the powder mix). Some may like the powder mix more but I prefer to have real fruits blended together. If you are unsure of what to get, they have a small menu with the next to the cashier of some popular fruit combinations that you can try. Service: The second reason is the friendly service. For example, I ordered one mango and pineapple with tapioca in it. Apparently, the guy put so much tapioca in it that he couldn’t put in more of our drink in the cup. Well the guy was nice enough to take a smaller cup and pour in the rest of my drink in that and handed it to us. So I walked out with my regular size tapioca drink along with a smaller cup.(Obviously my girlfriend took the larger cup and gave me the smaller one. I can only nod my head and agree) Price: This is probably the best reason to come here. Other places would charge me at least $ 4 with a few places charging going up to $ 5.50(which I find ridiculous). This place only charges me exactly $ 3! That is so rare to find on Bellaire! Overall: Fresh drinks, taste better, awesome service and cheap prices means I will be coming here often.

This will probably be my go-to for bubble tea in Chinatown but this review is tentative until I try their real tea drinks. Last time(first time) I went here, I got the pineapple yogurt smoothie and hey, it wasn’t that bad. Albeit it wasn’t AMAZING but tbh, I don’t really know how I would describe an amazing pineapple yogurt smoothie. Yes, they use real fruit, so you could get super ripe fruit or not so ripe fruit. My pineapple was a little bit on the sour side, now add whatever yogurt they use to that and you get a bit of a tangy/sour/sweet mixture. I’m used to just tangy sweet, so… yeah, not the best. Surprisingly though, it wasn’t BAD nor average either. Not really sure. Maybe the price of 4 freaking dollars(with bubbles) is what’s making me smile so much about this place(and remember, they use real fruit). Normal teas I think are 3 dollars, so yes, I can’t really wait until I come back and try their milk tea to see if they really deserve 5 stars(I’ll overlook the non-amazing pineapple yogurt drink). Sorry, I’m still in disbelief that it’s so cheap. Maybe their tapioca pearls aren’t really made of tapioca but Idk. Also, their menu is huge. Décor is nice and kid friendly inside. Owner seems like a nice person too. Oh yeah, the cashier on the night I went was sort of a ditz. My friend ordered her drink and I was next in line until some foreign couple rushed up and cut RIGHT in front of me. I’m pretty sure it was obvious I was next. Yes, I blame the couple for bringing their foreign mannerisms here so I sincerely hope that they choke on their tapioca pearls, but also for the cashier for just LETTING them do that(no, there was no line behind us so it wasn’t hectic or anything). «Sorry, this person was here before you» is what she should’ve said. Thankfully I was feeling very passive that night but if anything like this happens again, I’ll raise hell. Regardless, TENTATIVE6/10, will come again.

We shared a 4 fruit shaved ice and it was delicious! A huge serving of fruits and ice with 2 scoops of ice for a quick dessert or smoothie, but not somewhere to sit and hang out with friends for a while. chang out with friends for a while. ream for less than five bucks! Tasty and fresh with lots of options. I will definitely be back here soon. The missing star is only because of the style of the place itself, it’s missing a certain charm. Great place to go for a quick dessert or smoothie, but not to sit and hang out with friends for a while.

Recently I have been trying new things a so this weekend I tried bubble tea. So, I got the stawberry with tapioca. It taste good really good, but the tapioca is really annoying to eat. I highly recommend it for first timers it taste really good and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Highly approved and recommended and will be returning to get more of that strawberry frozen yogurt drink I had. This place is pretty popular, and there was definitely a lot of people when I stepped in on Saturday. I ordered the frozen yogurt strawberry drink with pearls. This drink comes topped with fresh cut strawberries. It was incredibly fresh, and the drink definitely used real strawberries, and not a lot of syrup for the flavoring. I definitely could taste the freshness. The only thing I could recommend is having two drink sizes, because the one size they had which is about a medium/large size, was too big for me, and I would have preferred a smaller size. I just love the freshness of their drinks and how they don’t skimp on any of the fruit in their drinks. I will be back for more!

Fruit tea was so refreshing on a summer day! Chunks of fresh fruit(watermelon, kiwi, mango, pineapple) in tea for a great price too. We got 3 drinks(2 smoothies + 1 tea), all including boba, for $ 10 clean. The avocado smoothie and hazelnut iced coffee were good, too. Only bad thing is cash only!

One word– CHEAP. The milk teas, smoothies and milkshakes are all $ 3 after tax, which is amazing. And this is including egg pudding, boba, jelly, etc. It’s awesome that the smoothies here are the exact same price as the milk teas! The fruit looked fresh, and my mango milkshake was delicious, although a bit sweet. The milk tea was solid and I loved the egg pudding. All in all, very worth the price. They also have shaved ice here with all the classic toppings. The people here are also really nice, which is a plus and a rarity in Chinatown. I would love to come here again and again :).

After moving to Dallas a year ago… the owners still remember the BF and I! I can’t get over how friendly and amazing the owners are. I cringe a little every time I cheat on them with going to another tapioca place in Bellaire. This place may not be as «trendy or hip» as some other tapioca places but I’m always happy to spend my money here knowing that I am appreciated. I also love how diverse their clientele is… all walks of life are welcomed here. Best tapioca place hands down…

Fresh fruit selection win!!! However, I only got the coffee-milk tea and it was pretty good. Asked for less sugar and less milk and that’s what I got. They do give you LOTSOFICE, so that’s minus a star. Next time-I’ll come here for the fresh fruit smoothies… looked so good. It was really busy when I came here(Saturday 12 – 2:30pm), and service was relatively fast. Line goes quickly! I believe I smelled durian smoothie on my way out…

This is my favorite bubble tea place in Houston, TX. For the price of $ 3/drink, nothing else compares. The quality of their drinks is superior, and the service is top-notch. They also have the best orange juice; they freshly squeeze their oranges into a cup, and you can drink this with tapioca or any other jelly they offer. What to order: –Freshly squeezed orange juice w/tapioca Pros: –Price –Service Cons: –None
