Yup — still five stars. We’re under contract for a new home(and by new, I mean different — circa 1950s) for my parents, and of course I would trust no one else for the job. Ron was easy to reach, we agreed on a date, and we confirmed the price. I didn’t bother asking whether he still takes personal checks because in all of three previous encounters, it has not been a problem. This time was no exception. I couldn’t be at the property when Ron started the inspection at 9AM, so my realtor let him in and I met up with him after a few hours. When I arrived, he walked me all around the interior and exterior of the property, showing me everything he would include in his report, and advising whether it was going to be a big deal or a little deal. Despite it being slightly rainy in the morning, Ron still climbed up on the roof(twice!) to make sure he gave the house a thorough inspection. This is my third home purchase, and even still there are a million things that I don’t know about home maintenance and repair. Ron is patient, explains things carefully and, I believe, really wants to make sure you make a good purchase and are armed with as much relevant information as possible. Ron does business all over Texas, and I told my sister in Austin that she should consider him if she decides to move this summer. All I can say is that as a repeat customer, my enthusiastic endorsement still stands.
