I spoke to a number of inspection companies before I found Chris and A-​Action and obviously I saved the best for last. I am buying a completely renovated 104 year old pier and beam home and needed someone who would go under the house to inspect the foundation and up on the roof, the answer everywhere else was no. Chris however did all this and more. Scheduling was super easy, they arrived on time and stayed late, high attention to detail in the report and the price was right. I can’t say enough for A-​Action Home Inspection

Chris’ well executed and professional inspection actually helped me and the wife decline a property that otherwise may have cost us more than we bargained for regarding the foundation. Just closed and moved into the house that we hired A-​Action to inspect. This was a great experience. They arrived on time even early actually and since me and my husband are first time home buyers they took the time to explain everything about the hundreds of questions we asked. Chris and team were extremely knowledgable and thorough. We received the inspection report within 30 minutes after inspection was done because they write it up as they go and go through the report with you. This was greatly appreciated since our option period was ending soon. Booking was friendly and easy. They followed up with me a few days after inspection to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. I will most definitely recommend them to friends and family and use then again in the future. Great example of customer focused organization.

The scheduling of the appt was so easy it was ridiculous and the office was professional and nice when scheduling the appt. I got email reminders and etc beforehand to be sure all was good to go. I couldn’t make the inspection but Chris did the inspection and provided the report the same day. There was so much detail and various pictures showing what was being referenced that even a non-​handy man type such as myself understood what was going on. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone who needs a home inspection as it is very important to know what you are getting into when you buy a house.
