If I was able to give them zero stars I would. This is a poor excuse for a funeral establishment. The coordinator Cindy and the director James are unprofessional and lack the sensitivity to the services they are providing. On the day of my nephew’s viewing the coordinator told our guest to clean up 30 minutes prior to 8pm. She is not responsible for the clean up we are. Then had the nerves to get on the microphone and threatened the guest if they don’t leave before 7:59 she will lock all the gates in the parking lot. This was the last time anyone will be given the opportunity to see my nephew to say our final goodbye to him. We are grieving the lost of a love and the coordinator has no sense of human compassion in her. She drop the microphone roll her eyes and stood by the door to make sure everyone got her message to leave. Everyone was basically kicked out some weren’t given the opportunity to see him due to the lack of sensitivity from the coordinator. To the coordinator Cindy I hope you’re reading this! I pray for you, I hope you will never be treated in the distasteful manner you treated us with when you lose a close loved one. Being rushed out of the buliding before closing and lack of sensitivity in the time that is needed most. You should be ashamed of yourself! I hope no one else will ever be treated the same way you treated us. You treated my nephew’s ashes like it’s an object ORPIZZAORDERCOMEBACKIN15MINSITWILLBEDONE. FORYOURINFORMATIONHEISMYNEPHEW, A BELOVEDSON, GRANDCHILD, HUSBAND, FATHERANDBROTHER! Don’t try to call or complain they won’t reply to you will they reply in a professional matter. Cindy the coordinator would not apologize for her mistake of leaving my nephew’s ashes nor disrupting his service so that she could go home early. She comes off uneducated with a vocabulary of a high school drop out that should not be working at a fast food joint.

I’ll preface by saying, they allowed us to fulfill our religious obligations and were slightly less expensive than other funeral homes. Mr. Cho is abrupt, short, and borderline rude when he speaks to you. If you’re wanting a touchy feely experience, this isn’t your place.
