Frenchy’s Chicken

Did not like the food the chicken is very greasy and the mash potatoes are dry my kids didn’t even like the food and they love fried chicken

I was so happy to see a Frenchy’s by my job! I was actually excited. I pulled over right away. I went to the drive thru and was the only one in line. I waited maybe 5mins and no response. I pull up to the window and a guy shakes his head at me so I’m confused bc I can see him handling chicken. So they aren’t closed. I go inside and ask if the drive thru is down, the guy said talk to him. I’m now thinking this is a bad idea. I get in line to place my order and ask if the drive thru is down. I’m assuming this guy is the boss. He apologized and said yes. I said Sir please place a sign on the drive thru that’s says please come on or drive thru down bc I wanted awhile with no recognition. Then the food! Horrible I was so mad. They gave me red beans but said after I paid for it that there would be no sausage in it. What? The mash potatoes were dry and the gravy was horrid. No kool aid, no collard greens, and no gumbo. I really felt like I was on the show Punked. Waste of my time and money
