Float Baby

Love this location and class for my baby girl. She really enjoyed her float time. She is quite tall for five months and I wish I had started this even sooner. She doesn’t have any developmental issues but I still think it is very worthwhile. It allows me to spend undistracted one on one time with her. If I could do it again I would have started her at 6 – 8 weeks old. I think the baby massage with their special oils is my favorite. They should sell it!

We had our first session today and our 9 week old daughter LOVED it! She slept for several hours afterward (which we really loved :)) and has seemed very relaxed and content since. Kristi was charming and full of useful info. The infant massage instruction was great and I love that it’s something we can continue doing at home. Can’t wait till we get to go back!

After our session our little one slept so hard we were able to enjoy a lunch date as she slept in her car seat. We live in San Antonio and plan on making another trip just to float again! Loved it!

We have been taking our 4 ½ month old to Float Baby, weekly, since he was 4 weeks old. As soon as we walk in the door, he knows where he is and is in the best mood. Each baby is unique, so the benefits each one gets from the floating sessions can obviously differ. For ours, it has definitely helped with his muscular development. Everyone always comments on how strong he is. It’s almost like he is getting a little full body work out. Some days he will just kind of drift around and others he is very active, moving all over the tub. We also love his floating days because it means a guaranteed long, restful nap. Along with the floating part of the class is the baby massage. It’s such a sweet moment with your little one and you are learning techniques you can use at home as well. The owner, Kristi, is amazing. She loves what she does and truly cares about all of her Float Babies and families! It’s also really nice to get to meet and visit other moms and dads and share tips, tricks or new products. We look forward to our classes every week and will be very sad when our little guy graduates.

Take your baby to Float Baby for the most awesome experience for your new little bundle of joy! Let them do what they do naturally, while strengthening their muscles and increasing their motor skills. After a little float, you will then learn different soothing techniques with your infant through infant massage. Kristi and her team are all amazing!
