Need any traditional Mexican clothing for Fiesta or just everyday wear? They sell flowered blouses and skirts, beige button down tops and bottoms and even basic cowboy boots. You can also find denim jeans, underwear, socks and aprons here. Where is this apparel located? Why, near the frozen food section of course! Also, if you’re in need of a quick piñata, you can find that here too! I usually come in to grab some quick items like: baking stuff and dairy products. Checkout is usually quick and painless. The only reason why 1 deduct 1 star is the parking lanes seem to be rather close together. Be careful while pulling in or out of a spot since their golf cart staff tends to zip around as well as customers in a hurry.

man this fiesta is depressing. all the white people who live in greater heights go to the kroger on 11th instead. i come here when i don’t want to be bothered and just want to buy groceries. i’ll go to the kroger if i need to find more variety, though, like herbs.

After my Saturday sandwich brunch, I had a sweet tooth, so I stopped by this Fiesta to get a couple pan dulces. The selection here is so minimal compared to the Fiesta on Wirt, so I turned right around and went to the other store for a bigger and fresher selection of treats. On a positive note, this location is much cleaner than others.

I’d give 2 ½ stars for its convenience and price factor, as everyone else raves about. Definitely not 3 stars based on solely 3 of the cashier’s I have encountered that act like they are God’s gift to being cashiers at Fiesta. They are rude and I avoid their lines at all costs. If they were the only cashiers there I am liable to walk out. THEONLYREASON I come back is because 1. it’s down the street 2. By now I know where everything is and I can be in and out quickly 3. There is no HEB near me, fml…

3 stars for the convenience factor. It’s close to my house, and it’s seldom crowded so as long as I have my shopping list I can get in and out very quickly. The produce section usually has what I need although there has been the odd instance when the condition of said produce is less than ideal. The meat section is always solid Stay away from the weigh/bag-your-own rice/grain section! We bought some quinoa and 2 – 3 days later our planned dinner became an entomologist’s dream. Seriously some of the bugs that were in that bag I had never seen before. Scary stuff. So it’s by no means perfect but in a pinch it’ll do.

Once you get to know this Fiesta, you realize it’s superiority to the«Dry Kroger» on 20th. While I know that’s not a high bar, what I like here is that I can get in and out on a mid-week shopping trip quickly, with quality avocados, organic milk, OJ, and whatever staples I need. Remarkably good international selection, and like most Fiestas the produce is inexpensive and trends towards Texas favorites. Fancy? No. Gets the job done with minimum of fuss? Every time.

On April 7,2012 at about 8 pm I noticed two large carboard boxes full of frozen family packs of fish sitting by the seafood department. When I told the manager she stated that she knew about the fish and that the reason the frozen fish were in the cardboard boxes was because the fish sold very fast. I the stated that that was not up to code with the health department and people could become ill eating the fish. Her only reply was that she knew. Please be aware of the food you buy This was reported to the City of Houston Health Department.

Where else can you buy cactus leaves, half a pigs head, flip flops, and a gallon of milk all in one stop? I’m all set for the weekend…

I like this Fiesta, but it has its good and bad parts. There isn’t A TON of selection, times when I am looking for Greek yogurt, ect, its now where to be seen. Their prices are CHEEP, definate positive, as well as some great wine for low low prices. I have bought a TON of groceries for under $ 100, which I know very well if I went to Randall’s I would not have gotten the same amount. Their produce leaves A LOT to be desired, but their cheese selection is fair. They also usually don’t carry any floral. If you wanna run in and get wine, or something quick its good, otherwise wait for the brand new HEB to open across the street.

Where is the equivalent of the old Fiesta on I-10? It is certainly not here. I keep looking for a good bulk food section in every store I go into, and this one is not up to par at all. I do not know if they were weevils in the turbinado sugar or just cross contamination from a poppy seed bin, but I really do not want to find out as either answer is wrong. That is indicative of the problem in this store, there seems to be little caring about presentation and cleanliness, but it seems to get enough business to stay alive, but it will not get any more of mine.

This fiesta has its ups and downs. If you live in this area and is in a hurry to be in and out. Then this is your spot to go to. The two times I have entered this fiesta I was able to not worry about a line. If your a shopper who likes to be patient and never worrying about other shoppers leaving ther shopping carts unnattended with their children. No worries it’s so dead you’ll be in and out. Unfortunantly the major problem I have had in this fiesta is its workers. They seem to be motivated and never smiling. If they are smiling, it is usually becouse they are goofing around.

I love Fiesta!!! Since I cook mostly Asian dishes, the bare necessities are usually found at Fiesta at a relatively inexpensive price. Chili pepper oil, 20-lb bags of GOOD rice, seaweed wrapped rice crackers and Udon noodles are just a few items easily attainable at Fiesta. My most recent trip to Fiesta landed me a 24-pack of coca cola for just $ 5 :) I usually have to make a trip to Bellaire for Asian food at non-Randall’s prices, but I usually can find what I need at Fiesta.
