Fetch! Pet Care of Memorial-West Houston

We have used Fetch! Pet Care services 2 times and both were wonderful, totally recommended.
The administrative process is very clear, everything is explained and before you agree they send you a detailed statement with costs and services per day. There are no hidden or surprise costs.
Chantal our dog sitter is amazing, we could not ask for a better companion for our dog. We have an old and deaf beagle and she understood his needs perfectly. The minute she entered the house and greeted him you could see she is a natural, our dog loved her. As part of the services she texted us after every visit, which was very reassuring.
We would definitely use their service again and recommend it.

I am beyond amazed at the services from FETCH! This is my first time leaving my 4 babies (dogs) Benji, Lola, Willow and PJ at home. I was very skeptical about having strangers come into our home, but after the FREE consultation with the two wonderful ladies Chantel and Lee I was put to ease.
I still have 2 days left out of town but I am writing this review because I am SO HAPPY that they give me updates on my babies. It’s not the simple text of dogs did good will be back later, it was very detailed about how the first day was a little hectic and comical juggling 4 dogs at one time but after a couple minutes they all got it together. I love that channel and Lee both let me know that after the walks they have cuddle/​play time.
Our babies all have different personalities so when they text me details (example) of Lola always needing to be in their lap and how Benji wants to be petted ALL the time and how when you show attention to any of the other dogs PJ makes a point to put her head under your hand to pet her… And Willow doesn’t care about much except when your going to give her another treat… THIS IS ALL SO TRUE because that is exactly how they are with me and my husband! We didn’t even tell them they do that! I AM SO HAPPY!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and RECOMMEND EVERYONE to use FETCH! This is our first time using someone and I know we made the right choice!
