I have passed this boutique several times, which always seemed closed and locked with «by appointment only» notice. Since I was pressed for time, I stopped by and asked for a biz card so that I could make an appt. The woman who barely cracked the locked entry door to answer it stared at me and asked why I wanted a biz card. Dumbfounded I stated I heard about the boutique and wanted to make an appt. She just said I can go visit online… Wowwww. Talk about customer service. The brief interaction almost felt like a buyer must be worthy to enter this place to shop. Not impressed and very much turned off;(

My husband purchased a jacket that was sold out by many retailers at this place. He ended up at Katia as it was the only place that carried this item. It is by appointment only and this business is very unique, unique in the sense that you have to be worthy enough to do business with them… Yes! A place like this exists! We knew specifically what we wanted and felt super uncomfortable from the moment we walked in (but i really wanted the jacket that bad). We felt like we weren’t supposed to be there. The store’s owner is very notorious for this as she is claimed to be some superb stylist (styling the elite) and she I guess doesn’t need the business. I personally would’ve bought what I wanted at a Tootsies or Saks had that item not been sold out. I have no intention of coming back. I just can’t stand people like the lady we encountered that day. There are a myriad of stores out there that carry the same inventory with a more welcoming atmosphere.

Very Rude! Stopped in to shop, told «by appointment only», couldn’t get over the owner sizing us up to see if we were worthy of her «Boutique» looking us up and down, up and down. Told we could «make an appointment» for 4:00. Please! Not one sole was in her shop. Too many stores in Houston willing to take our money, forget this place. At the least, welcome people into your boutique to see if your place is even worthy of «an appointment!» Just be thankful people even take the time to «try» and shop at your store!!! Unbelievably Rude. Side Note, her brands are carried by every other store in this city.
