Fancy Nail Spa

Love love love the nail salon that loves me in return! Have come here for a few months now and absolutely can not imagine going anywhere else.

I currently do SNS nails and this salon does them so I decided to give them a try. The woman who did my nails was so rude! She said my natural nails were crooked and kept asking me what happened to them. I kept telling her there is nothing wrong with my natural nails and to quit asking me. Of course she didn’t listen and kept asking me over and over and this irritated me. After she filed my nails I noticed there were two nails that were crooked and asked her if she would fix them and she said yes. She didn’t of course so I mentioned to her again if she would fix my nails and she said ok. Of course she didn’t so I ended up grabbing the file from her and filed my nails myself. I did a way better job filing my own nails than she did. Then she asked me if I wanted a design on my accent nail and I said sure and asked if they had a display of designs. She brought me the display with all the designs on it and I picked one design I really liked and asked her if she could do that one design. She told me she couldn’t lol. Seriously??? So I asked her why she even suggested it and then she just got quiet and started talking to the other women in the salon in their language. Soon after that another woman came up and said she would fix my nails if I had a problem and I told her that I had fixed my nails already. Asked them if they would give me a discount because of the woman’s rudeness and they just smiled and told me it was full price. What a joke! I’ll NEVER go back to this nail salon again. It was dirty as well and they were rude. Plus the woman who did my nails was on her phone for most of it and when she wasn’t on the phone her phone kept going off every 30 seconds. Very disappointed!

Owner (lady) is rude. I waited and waited, with my hands in water. I made a comment about it, so when she did my shellac, she did all the coats before she let me put my hands under the light. Another time she lied about where one of my fav ladies was. Does not look clean

This place is great! Nice people. Never a wait. Open Sundays. They also do a nice eyebrow wax.

Good overall, pleasant staff. Concern that my French manicure was sloppy on the edges. They weren’t busy, but she missed a few spots. Would be willing to try again.

Just received a very nice salon experience here. Came in on a Saturday, 3 ladies were already waiting, and yet they got to us within 5 minutes. 40 mins later, I’m leaving with a smile on my face, nice elegant nails and a positive experience.
Missing a star for the appearance of the salon and limited parking space.
Will deff be returning to this location, maybe with a Pre-​made appointment :)
