First time trying this place out and it was great! I got the salad option with 3 beef patties. You can add whatever toppings you want or go with their preselected options. The good thing is with either salad or burger option, you can add as many patties as you’d like, so you can adjust to your appetite. I also got a side of the blue Pesto fries. It was good but too many flavors going on I think(Pesto, bacon, mushroom, bleu cheese). Next time I’ll probably go for the burger. They also have chicken and turkey options. Above all I’d say the customer service was the best part. The guys behind the grill make you feel welcome and are entertaining. Also came around to check if everything turned out great. Highly reccomend

This location is still open! Which is a good thing because their burgers are great. You can craft your own beef burger, turkey burger, or chicken sandwich with a variety of spreads and veggie toppings. Their fries are great too, especially when dipped into their sriracha mayo dip/spread. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. A good spot all around.

Did this place really close down or did they just move? I hope they just moved because their burgers are to die for! And their pesto fries are the bomb diggity! The food is always fresh and the all the toppings they have will make make your burger out of this world amazing! The growler is an awesome touch as well. The people that work there are super nice and always greet you with a smile. If this place moved someone tell me where because I need my ET burger!

Foods are great. I’ve tried their chicken and turkey burger. They cook your burger in front of you and you get to choose whatever vegetables you want to put in your burger. Fries are the reason why I come to this place. They have great staffs and very friendly to their customers. This place is in the tunnel under JPMorgan chase tower and I only come here during lunch time. It is not usually that busy but service is a little slow.

Simple and well done. Love the option of having a salad instead of a burger sandwich. Ingredients felt fresh and were tasty. Liked the fries. The servers were friendly but the ordering process is a bit chaotic. And no water(other than bottled).

Quick tips: Salad with grilled chicken review(which is not on the menu). Bird in a nest is the salad for a normal amount of grilled chicken and a double bird in the nest for double amount of grilled chicken. I think the single is enough. I would suggest adding avocado to your salad. Reason for my diminished stars is not as many toppings as I would like and they seem to be burger toppings that are used for a salad(ex. cheese is mostly sliced). I would say go to Salata if you want a salad, but the chicken is good and nicely seasoned. They also only have two dressings, a ranch and a honey vinaigrette.

The Chipotle of Burgers. First off, I love burgers and this wasn’t even close to the top 10 burger I ever had. HOWEVER, this place was delicious. The beef is flame broiled and has a great flavor. Extremely small sliders are used for the beef patty, but the cheese ratio is on point. Sriracha Mayo, Pesto, Hummus are just a few of the dressings .With a ton of great options for toppings that are unlimited which include the normal burger toppings as well as some delicious poblano peppers, roasted tomatoes(amazing), caramelized and pickled onions and a few more. It was delicious and well worth trying. Everyone will find something they love. Price point is about average. The craft beers aren’t anything to go crazy about with everyone selling craft beers these days. Enjoy.

FYI: «eT» is pronounced«eat» — not like the French«et» as my coworker was so adamant about… eT, owned by the folks at Alonti, is in a pretty low-key spot in the tunnels, being underneath the JPMorgan Building. I do think it’s worth making the trip to eat here, especially if you can’t make it to their B&M out in Jersey Village. This is a solid burger place that allows you to fully customize your burger — this means free avocados, people!!! — so you can literally have whatever you want on it as long as they have it as an ingredient. Good patty, good bun, good toppings; overall a great burger. Plus, eT has special fries and dipping sauces, all of which are delicious. If you’re a new customer(and they remember people! They recognized my coworkers who had been before), they’ll offer you a generous sample of fries. The biggest detractor is that eT is pretty expensive. A combo including fries and a drink will set you back ~$ 15, for which I could squeeze out 2 lunches! If I’m feeling like splurging, though, eT is a pretty great option!

Love this place. Im a weekly customer at least. Not because of the food which is obviously awesome, but the people there are 2nd to none. Anytime they notice a new customer, they give them a sample of fries for free, and explain the menu. So cool. They also make it a point to remember your name. Though I do miss the old menu, this place is still worth coming to often.

Went there about a year ago and the burger and fries were pretty good. Went back to the place this week and the food quality went way down and price went up. Got a burger that use to be good, but now the bread was dry, meat shrunk almost a 1⁄3 in size, fries were soggy and salty. Only thing going for them was the sriracha sauce. too bad.

I became a huge eT fan last April when they recreated the menu and gave away the deluxe fries for free with any burger/salad. The fries are not cheap at ~$ 4, but they are well worth the extra coin when you are hungry, or just craving something extra.(Pro tip: if you have never had the fries, they frequently give samples free of charge). Not only does eT have delicious and unique burgers and chicken sandwiches, they also offer one of the better salad options in Houston’s tunnels. You can choose any meat, and add vegetables of your choice. If you are ordering a burger/sandwich, order one of the menu options to get the full experience. Any create-your-own won’t live up to the name.

All and all I really loved eT. Its hard to find a good turkey burger and I love that its an options with everything. I’ve been twice. Once to the one in the tunnels and a second time to the new location on 290. I’ve ordered the Wild Turkey and The Queso, my husband made up his own beef burger. We both really enjoyed what we had. PROS: One price for everything! Makes it nice and simple. I hate up-charging. Turkey and Chicken options Lots of topping choices. Portobello’s = yum! Tasty fries, love the pesto fries Local beer! Cute growler! Really nice inside. If you can’t decide they have some pretty good favorite burgers already set up for ya. CONS: Weird combo pricing. Over priced fries. I know this is not McDonalds but the price for what you get is off across the board on these. They are tasty though. Smallish patties, I’d rather have a well sized one patty burger then two smallish ones. If you are new its confusing on how to order and the default seems to be to point the predetermined options. That is it though. Basically if you want a well made burger and not a quick meat fix this is the place for you.

Great little burger place in downtown. I’ve tried this place a couple times, and I’ve enjoyed it each time I went! Also, there’s not much of a line at eT, which is great if you’re running a bit late. The burgers, yes, are a little small, but it more than makes up for it with your pick of any toppings. Mozzarella, caramelized onions, spinach, red onions, avocado, bacon — take any or all of it! Get an order of pesto fries as well, and you’re good to go. My only knock against this place is it doesn’t have water on tap. If you don’t want a soda, you’ll either have to go without or buy bottled.

I tried this place again today, I like it much better than the first time. The blue cheese pesto fries are aweseome. I also had a mushroom swiss burger and loved it.

This place is awesome! You can’t beat the price and your pick of any of their toppings — any of them for no additional price. Mayo-siracha sauce is the bomb. And the people who work there are extremely nice. I will definitely be returning! Keep up the great work! MK

This little café serves a nice little burger with a few unique choices for toppings. I like the mushrooms and sweet potato fries. It feels a little healthier than the normal joint — could be the portion size or the ingredients. The patty is seasoned well. All-in-all this place is good And fast.

It’s a nice idea, a premium burger/sandwich place. Unfortunately, the eT folks come from the«all sauces are a form of mayonnaise» school of cookery, and also the«all food benefits from sauces that are just forms of mayonnaise». So my tuna burger was doused in spicy mayo. My fries got mayo. All the optional sauces were mayo. I couldn’t find anything that didn’t involve, in some way, mayo. The french fries are quite good, though. I’d rather just eat a proper burger sometimes, you know?
