I moved to Houston a couple of years back. After trying several salons and not leaving happy, I stumbled across Ell. Nefty did my hair and I was hooked. I probably go too much, but he is easy to be around so it doesn’t matter. He is an artist at making my hair look fuller, leaving me feeling like a rock star and ready to face the world — Im 40 so that isn’t as easy as it used to be. But, everybody should look this good.
