My first time with Elaine today and it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. She has decades of experience and recommended some products for me based on my skin. My skin glowed super after the facial. She is one good hearted and sweet lady as well. Must visit !!!

I have been getting facials with Elaine for 1 ½ years now and I absolutely cannot wait for my appointments. I only go quarterly, but if I could go more often, I would. Elaine not only educates her clients on care of the face, she creates a very peaceful environment where you can relax while she performs healing facial massages and great moisturizing; which is what I need.

About a week ago I went to Elane for a facial. I was really impressed by her skincare knowledge. She was really professional, she explained each step of the facial beforehand and during the process of the facial. I felt that she taught me a lot about my skin, and gave very detailed advice for my skincare routine. I will schedule more appointments with her. I am really glad I found her

10+ years customer! I have been going to Elane for all my facial needs for over 10 years. Elane uses quality products, had immense skin care knowledge, and continually goes through training. I have sensitive skin that acts up everytime the weather changes and Elane has helped me through it all. Now my skin is clear and healthy but I still go in for a maintenance facial once a month. I refuse to go anywhere else for my facials.

SCARS!
I’ve been having facials performed on me for the last 12 years. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten scars after a «professional» did acne extraction/​facial on me. Every esthetician that I’ve encountered used that acne extracting tool shaped like a rod with a small circle at the end of it rand a razor blade to extract. This is the first time I’ve had a professional use her two index fingers with a Kleenex to extract my acne. I mean, I do the same thing at home when I’m desperate to pop a zit. I asked her about this and she assured me that the steam beforehand would open up the pores, allowing for easy extraction without scarring. Boy… was I stupid to allow her to move forward with the facial knowing this. It looked fine right after the session, but two weeks later I noticed depressed scars in the exact same spots Elane extracted. I counted at least 5 major depression that I could easily see, however I’m sure there are more considering she used the same method throughout my entire face. I look at my face every day, so believe me when I say I know my face. This one session with her is gonna cost me thousands to fix if it’s even possible for me to reverse these scars.
I don’t blame Elane. It’s my fault I went here and didn’t do my due diligence prior to trusting someone with my face. I am somewhat angry that she assured me there wouldn’t be a single scar, considering how adamant I was about not having scars from the facial. Ultimately, I blame myself for being stupid enough to go there in the first place. She is a nice lady with a great positive personality. If you want someone to talk to, Elane is great. If you want someone that can provide a proper facial without scarring, OMG steer clear away.

I’ve been going to Elane since I was a teenager. She’s had helped me keep soft and radiant skin through out every phase of my life despite all my skin issues. She is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain what going on. I recently moved to San Francisco a year ago and have been desperately searching for a new esthetician, but no one compares to Elane. So I still get my facials from her every time I come home! My skin always feels super clean, soft and is glowing after each visit. I loved that pampered feeling!
I have very, very sensitive skin so I’m very cautious about who touches my skin and what products go it. She has help me tailor my skin care regiment to a simple routine that I can keep up with daily.
I recently turned 30. yay… and started to noticed more bag under my eyes, dark circles and a few wrinkles around my eyes. aka «crows feet». Elane started me on a eye cream that I incorporated it into my routine. I kind of forgot about the bags, but then I ran out of the eye cream and was too busy to reorder for a whole month. Then I slowly started to see puffiness and dark circles reappear and called Elane immediately to reorder. I’m back on my eye cream for about 2 weeks and my eyes are looking «normal» again. WHEW… Good quality products that smell good and actually work!
Oh one more thing, she started me on this night cream as my skin tend dries more in the winter. It called Circu Night? it has made my skin baby butt smooth. It was already smooth, but some how Elane has managed to improved it. Even my boyfriend noticed!

This was my first time with Elane and my first time getting a facial. I was recommended through a friend and I’m glad I set an appointment because I learned so much. Elane was great at explaining my skin issues and recommending a solution in an easy to understand way. Today, my skin looks great and she was able to clear up things dermatologist couldn’t. I will definitely be back.
