Einstein Bros Bagels

Location is very busy and the tables were not cleared and dirty as they are short-​staffed. We wiped down our own table. Tried the Sante Fe egg sandwich which was pretty good. Also had the Egg White Asparagus sandwich which was also very good (comes with mushroom). Also tried the chai latte and house coffee.

Best bagels on earth!!! Perfect breakfast, Cinnamon sugar with cream cheese and coffee…

Everyone was so nice there! Sandwich was amazing!!! I got the new bacon club but instead of mayo I got chive and onion cream cheese. Potatoe salad as a side. Passion mango tea is amazing! I had a great experience. I would recommend this place for sure!

Great costuner service, i usually stop by on my way to work, i like big selection of bagels Specially sesam bagel with salmon defenatly recommend them !!

I hate to give Einsteins 2 stars but the service is underwhelming at best. I admit the service has improved over the past month, but still isn’t the best.
I come here quite frequently, a couple times a month, and I always feel unwelcome when I walk in the door. There’s never a line around the time I come, the longest has been 3 people in front of me. Yet somehow they always seem to take their time for a simple order of bagel with cream cheese.
One time I literally was the only person in line waiting to order and there were FOUR people behind the counter. It seemed as if they were trying to see how long they could get away without taking my order. I’m sorry I bothered you with my money.
Honestly, the only reason I bother coming here is because its conveniently down the road from my job and I love bagels.

I don’t understand the low ratings, to be honest. I’ve come here several Sunday mornings, and it has always been my standard Einsteins experience: delicious asiago bagels and amazing vanilla hazelnut coffee. Sometimes there is a huge Sunday crowd so you have to wait a bit for your order, but that’s expected.
Also there is plenty of free parking, so no complaints here.

Bagels were great! Met with friendly smile however got my food to go, no napkins or knife for smear!!!

I used to come to this location all the time. I was here this morning and bought a cup of tea. There was no milk anywhere so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he had any skim milk. He gruffly replied that we don’t have skim milk. I asked him do you have any milk. He looked over to see that none was out to use for coffee or tea and again gruffly told the young lady behind the counter to go get this guy some milk. She did and I asked what was his problem? She said he was having one of those days. I asked how is that the customers fault. She laughed and said don’t take it personally he’s just as rude to his coworkers. He overheard this and told me if I didn’t like go somewhere else. I will never go back to Einstein bagels ever again.

This place is great if you like a shot of espresso in your morning chai, followed by an argument from the staff about whether or not it’s what you ordered and paid for, and finished with a complete lack of apology by the management, the parent company, or anyone whose job it is to make your mornings suck less.
Having worked in an Einsteins that prided itself on customer service, I know there are better locations. Go to them instead, and hope this one goes the way of the dodo.

The bagels are pretty good and consistent yet the service is eh. I continue to visit since there aren’t, surprisingly, a number of bagel options near me. However my visit are less frequent as the experience has diminished. Kids love the Chocolate Chip Bagels.

Who puts honey walnut schmear on an everything bagel? The moron that works at this Einstein’s does. WTF?

This is the worst of the worst. It feels like no one cares. The place is always dirty, the coffee machine and creamer containers are gross. Beat up and dirty. The staff is dont care and are poorly trained. I will not return to this location and would not be surprised if it closed soon.
Management attention is needed.
Avoid this place.

Food is great, consistent. Staff are really slow though. Only have 3 people working on a Sunday morning, so the wait was pretty long.

Would give zero stars if possible. Got home with my Bagel Dog only to see the bagel was moldy. How the manager, who put this order together, did not see it is impossible to fathom. He must have. Raises many questions about how long they keep these things around.
Also, no bananas for a bananna/​strawberry smoothie. No bagel poppers. Saw the cashier yell at a preganant woman and her kid for not ordering their drink correctly.
Have been coming here off and on for 8 years. Service and food has had its ups and downs. Previously complained to the district manager about the poor service. I hope to stay away forever. Unfortunately, my family likes bagels and there are no other choices in the area. But this place is terrible.

Bagel was hot and fresh and hit the spot for a quick breakfast. Service was fine, have no complaints about this location. I got a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese.

So first time bagel tryer, and have to say I was not disappointed. The people were courteous and kind, and didn’t mind that I was totally confused on what to get. I decided on the turkey lunch bagel and let the gentlemen choose my bagel and have to say the sesame one is amazing :). The broccoli cheddar soup was good and chai latte delightful. Over all really good experience, the three guys were awesome, definitely will be coming back to this location.

I used to go to this place all the time when I used to work at Banana down the lot. They were always a reliable place to get a delicious bagel, bagelwich or bagel dog.
But when I came here with Hubbs and my mom recently, it was just mediocre. The cashier was clearly hungover and hated life. It took over 5 minutes to get a bagel sandwich, and it was just okay. And I was buying some of their holiday blend coffee beans, and it already had dust on it. It was literally the first day they released it! Uh… was it coffee from last year?
It’s still better than the location in The Woodlands near my work, so I’m giving it 3 stars.

They really are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are in it and sometimes the staff can be so rude. They look at me, make eye contact and day nothing and ignore me; even when I’ve asked a question. I wish I had another Einstein’s on the way to work.

Terrible service. The staff is not happy nor do they want to be there.
Instead of ordering at the order sign, you must order at the cashier who also makes all the specialty drinks which means it’s a bottleneck.
They were out of cinnamon raisin and Asiago cheese!
The person in front of me waited in line forever then just walked out in exasperation. I wanted the same but didn’t know of another bagel place since I’m fairly new to the area. I’ll find out so I won’t have to go back!

Spent $ 200 here for catering.
Seriously, if I gave you that much business first thing in the morning, you need to be somewhat nice to me.
While waiting for the catering set, I ordered myself an egg sandwich. She asks me which bagel I want. I have bad vision so I can’t see the labels on the baskets of bagels behind the counter. I ask her what kind of bagels there are, and she says «you can go closer and read»
Besides that, her attitude during the five minutes I interacted with her, was just unpleasant to say the least.

I’ll give you two stars for getting the job done but I’ll never be starting my mornings here again.
