What can I say, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always good and made exactly the same each and every time I go here. That is why I choose this location for my coffee. Very consistent. The food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Not great, not bad. Just typical breakfast fast food. The first time I ate here I ordered a flatbread sandwich and a pond driving off discovered they gave me a croissant sandwich. I ate it, it was good. The second day I ordered the same flatbread and they got this order correct.

I asked for small coffee nothing in it and it had cream and sugar. I asked for breakfast croissant with no egg and got egg. I was the only customer with four people working. If you don’t have good service your business will not last long.

The location is convenient and the food/coffee are good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve ordered decaf there several times and a few times I discovered later that I had gotten regular. A few months ago, the bathrooms were not cleaned often if at all. Personally, I’ve had a much better experience at the League City location.

I wish there was a more efficient way for them to unload their inventory off the pick up trucks. It’s pretty annoying how they park an 18 wheeler in the drive thru.

I was so excited there was a Dunkin’ Donut here since I know there was one in LA I only been to. I got here around 7 in the morning and it was not crowded at all. Most of the people went toward the drive thru before heading to work. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake donut and oreo chocolate donut. They both included a custard filling, which was good. I’m more of a fan of the strawberry filling. I liked the strawberry cheesecake better. The frosting and sprinkles tasted very good. I did not like the oreo flavor much because of the custard filling. I thought it did not go well with chocolate. The customer service was very friendly and did a good job with the interior decorating. America runs on Dunkin!

American runs on Dunkin’? Not if they’re getting breakfast sandwiches there, because ew. Dunkin’ Donuts is best known for donuts and coffee, and they really need to stick to that. Hubby had never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts, and it had been years since I had been to one, although when I lived in Boston, I practically lived there. So we decided to get breakfast here. i warned him I had never had anything but their donuts and coffee, but didn’t heed my own warning and tried the breakfast sandwich. Should have stayed with the donuts and coffee. The person at the counter was friendly enough, but seemed a little confused; we decided on sweet bacon breakfast sandwich with hash browns. It was expensive, as hubby doesn’t like coffee and ordered OJ instead, which he had to get out of the cooler. Altogether breakfast cost us $ 15.00. For two breakfast sandwiches, two OJs and two hash browns. For a fast food place, that’s a little steep. Not bad if the food is good, but it wasn’t. It was cold and disgusting and the hash browns were soggy. Really, really disappointing. I did order some Munchkins though and those were freaking delicious! Fresh and soft(dare I say moist?!) and so yummy! If I were reviewing just on those, it would be 5 stars all the way. But sadly, the sandwiches and hash browns really bring the stars down. I think Dunkin’ needs to stick to donuts and coffee, or make sure their breakfast sandwiches and hash browns are a lot better! I will definitely be back, but for donuts only, as that’s what they do well!

Food and coffee were as expected, the parking and drive thru are terrible. I will never go back during weekend morning rush again.

Awful place. Worst jelly donut I’ve ever had. It was red. And tasted like… well, red. Gross. Below average coffee, with flimsy to-go tops. How did this place become a chain? Spend your money elsewhere. Bar Bazaar has fantastic coffee.

This place is a rip off! My husband came in and bought a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and milk! When he got his meal there was only 6 measly lil medallion hash rounds! He paid $ 1.79 for those hash browns. What a freaking rip off! We will never eat there again!

I have never been to a dunkin’ donuts before, today was my first time. I used the drive-thru and the worker was very nice. The donuts and wrap were very good and tasted very fresh. Unfortunately, the presentation was not so great. When I received my items the wrap was thrown in the bag and I had to reassemble it in order to eat it. The three donuts I orders were thrown in a brown bag with no care at all. One of the donuts was upside down at the bottom of the bag with the icing stuck to the bag. Thankfully the person I bought the donut for didn’t mind the icing being half gone. I hope they get better with time

I’ve actually never been to a Dunkin Donuts before. I ordered a Coffee Coolata, no whip, with a turbo shot espresso. The drink was $ 1.99 and the shot was $ 0.50. Pretty tasty. Drive thru was extremely busy. I’m sure that today being coffee day and the grand-opening had something to do with that. The line went pretty fast though. I didn’t order a sandwich but the Tailgater Breakfast Sandwich looks delicious!
