Love Donna! Have been going there since I was a teen. She’s very good, honest, and reliable. I have always trusted her with expensive clothing and noticed when I go there, that a lot of other people do too. Donna is open to your opinions and good at giving advice and listening to what you want. Even when I lived far away, I still kept taking my clothes to Donna’s. Now that I live close by, I’m literally there almost once a month. Great place!

If you want to alter jeans. Do not do it here. I don’t know about any other type of clothing. I brought in three pair of jeans and asked for original hem. Came to pick it up and length was wrong and it wasn’t tapered like how I wanted it. Dropped it off and came back. Tried it, my foot could barely fit through. I have to physically use my hands to bring it over my heel. The bottom felt like it wasn’t an original hem, there was no stretch. I altered exact same pair of jeans at another place and it was perfect. Completely different from the three pairs I dropped off.
I tried to do it here because it was close to home. Now I’ll just go back to my original spot in the galleria. Price was pretty much the same at both places. I rather pay that amount and drive further just to get it right the first time.

She is the BEST! You want custom fit, you go to Donna’s been using her for years, consistent! Can even do your jeans or take in a dress 10X sizes too big to make a custom masterpierce!
