I’ve ordered twice with delivery from this location and was pleasantly surprised with the accuracy and the timing. It was delivered exactly at the time the tracker said to expect it. Im sad to see that this store has negative reviews, but it definitely won’t shy me away for returning for a third try

I came here 30 mins after I made my order online. I asked the cashier if my order was ready and simply reply, «it’s in the oven». So I waited for more than 10 minutes and asked someone else about my order. They ended up telling me that there was no order. Please hire people that can do their job right!

This was my first time ordering from this location and it’s safe to say I’m never coming back.
I ordered a simple medium pep pizza at around 8:14 and after about 15 – 20 minutes, the tracker told me it was done. I drove down there and got there around 8:30 and paid. The workers said about 5 minutes for my order so I said okay and waited. I didn’t get it until 8:50.
What was the point in ordering online if I had to wait that long? I don’t even think they had begun making it until I was there. I had to sit there and listen to the manager tell the workers to do their job. Apparently no one likes answering the phone over there because he told them he heard it ring six time with no answer. Poor service.
