Horrible customer service everytime I go. Never will I set foot in this store ever again. Pizza is great but they treat their customers like crap. The delivery driver cut my friend off and cursed her out for honking at her. SMH, these people don’t care if they are on the clock or not. Wow. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! PLEASEDONOTGIVETHESEPEOPLEYOURHARDEARNEDMONEY! Give it to a business that respects you and deserves it.

I was originally looking for a pizza hut and the black young lady that assisted us dared us to try them and we would be completely satisfied. She won! the pizza was great and everything else too including the lava cake she recommended. She stopped us before we picked up the pizza from the counter(it was carry out) and advised to check order before we left to make sure we were good. Definitely over exceeded standards. I ordered pizza hut today and now I do not think I will be buying much from them anymore. Not even half as friendly! Thank you young lady I did not even catch your name!

The pizza was good but i wish they would at least put a little work into the customer servce side of things because the last time i did carryout i missed out on the 2 for 1 deal only because the gentleman didnt mention it. I couldve easily pulled out my phone and ordered online and got that free extra pizza.

Worst service ever, not only they messed up my order until I got home, but 1. manager told me I should of check my order before I left the store 2. Requested to deliver the right order but told me they will have charge a delivery(why am I being charge in the first place when they mess up my order) refuse to base on principle not $$$. 3. Requested to refund me my money, manager told me I need to come to the store WITH the incorrect order in order to get my refund. Costumer service and management skills has put bad taste for dominos here. Submit a complaint to dominos about 2months ago about the service but no response. Gotta love franchises…

Very pissed off. I just got a call from this place stating that they don’t deliver to my location. I live very close to this location. They claim it is for safety reasons and asked it I could come and pick it up. If I waned to pick it up, I would have ordered for pick up. If I could give them a rating of zero I would. Horrible service!!!

So I decided to go this route and order 12 pizzas for a function I was having. The customer service was rude when I first called in, but I didn’t think much of it. I sent students to go get the pick up the pizzas myself which I is when the person on the line really became frustrated I guess they wanted the delivery fee. Not sure. After getting the pizzas I was happy until out a classroom of 25 students three found different things wrong. theres was red hair in two different pizzas pepperoni/mushroom and the chicken spinach in the third pizza was some kind of sticker paper(pictured) cooked inside the pepperoni w/jalapeño pizza. I was disgusted bc I’d brushed finding the hair, but finding a cooked piece of paper was a tad much. I called and talked to the manager who basically cursed at me and said it was no way and she made the order herself, she wore a hat, & she refused to make the three pizzas again. I couldn’t believe how irate she was which made me feel that she knew if could’ve been a mistake. After spending $ 80 and complaining about only 3 pizzas which had major issues I couldn’t believe I was talked to that way with never one apology. I always say though know better do better and I’ll NEVER order from them again!!!

OK, so EVERYTIME I order from this Domino’s, I NEVERGETMYSAUCETHAT I PAYFOR. This time, I actually caught the guy before he left to tell him that there was no sauce, and he tells me he has to go get it. I called into the store to tell them that he left without giving me any sauce, and they said that he has to go back to the store and come back. Now here it is, 30 minutes later, after the calling the store twice. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation for their mistake. I am so incredibly upset and I will make sure that I get the word out about this Domino’s.

For the second time I ordered from this location online and then someone calls me 15 minutes later to tell me they won’t deliver to me. They said it was a safety concern. Oddly enough the upscale pizza restaurants as well as Papa John’s Pizza all deliver to me without a problem. I spoke with a lady and a man and he did’t sound like he was even sure of himself when trying to tell me he wasn’t going to serve me. In the end I’ll be speaking with corporate and spending my money elsewhere. I could of driven to the location but it is Superbowl Sunday and i would rather put the $ 2 in someone else’s pocket. Can’t review the product because I never got it.

Online ordering is the way I go with Domino’s now. As a member of shoprunner, I get free delivery. I would suggest waiting to they have coupons for what you want to get the most bang for your buck. They are running deals all the time though, so chances are you will find something every time. I really like their four cheese. I usually add veggies to it though, which generally makes it taste even better.

First off there tracker thing was broken, secondly I used to work for dominos so I know how it is, I was a driver, it said 67 – 77 minutes for delivery, I’ll give 90 minutes and not get annoyed but 2+ hours. Fuck

The staff is nice and fast. They seem to always get my order right. The only cork I noticed is that they don’t offer crushed red pepper or Parmesan cheese packages anymore. I think it’s corporate doing/policy and not so much the employees. I highly recommend using the online ordering!!! So cool!!!
