Ordered one pepperoni pizza and one sausage pizza. Neither had any pizza sauce. Just bread cheese and meat. I hate that they use a call center because you can’t get in touch with A damn manager. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!

I will never eat at Pizza Hut again! Very rude and unprofessional staff! Pizza took 2 hours and was ice cold and burnt. The staff is very combative and they could careless about customer service! SERIOUSLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We haven’t had Pizza Hut in ages so thought we would give it a try. Ordered online for delivery, after placing the order it said «your pizza will arrive in 1 hour and 19 minutes».
Sorry, but it’s 2015 and that is a major failure. The restaurant is 2 miles away, and we are charged $ 3 for delivery. There’s at least 5 independent pizza restaurants within a mile or two — all with better pizza, all will deliver for free and all will deliver in less than 40 minutes.
UPDATE: It didn’t actually take 1:19 for delivery — it took 1:43. And the pizza arrived cold.
Don’t waste your time/​money/​hunger on this place. If you are in the area, try:

Either one has better pizza, delivers on time, and the pizza even arrives warm!

It’s always something whenever I phone-​in an order to this location. This time it was no mushrooms, even though their call center took my order without mentioning being out of mushrooms. Another time, two simple personal pan pizzas took 45 minutes to be ready.
Having written all that, the pizzas were hot and tasted great. I didn’t ask them to, but they took a little off the price of the pizzas due to being out of mushrooms. This is a carryout-​only location.

Ordered pizza from the website at 1030AM, was promised a delivery time of 1145. 12PM then 1215 rolled around with no pizza, so I decided to contact the number given in the confirmation email only to be told to hold for a customer service supervisor. After 10 minutes of holding, the manager comes to the phone, places me on another hold. By this time it is 1220 and the delivery driver is finally walking through the door. As the call center manager connects me with the supervisor of the establishment, I let her know my concerns. She advised me the driver had to wait for security on his previous delivery and that is what took so long. She stated she would be willing to credit my next order. Ummm NO! I will not order from pizza hut in the future!

The pizza is good as or the wings. My biggest complaint is that if you order boneless wings a fork should be included with the purchase not sold for an additional charge. instead I had to use two pens like chop sticks to eat my lunch. Pizza Hut quit being cheap !
