Horrible Horrible business and customer service! Ive ordered from this location for many years. The last 2 experiences were 2 hour long pizza order and a cold shriveled nasty pizza, and took 3WEEKS to get a refund! Unacceptable! Gave them a 2nd chance and not only the same over an hour long wait when I live down the street. The little girl hung up on me when I called to request a refund, and the«manager David» proceeded to yell at me and hung up on me. The WORSTPOORLYRUN business in the Heights. Should be torn down at this point and let a much better business(PINKSPIZZA) take such a good spot.

There must be some kinda of terrible customer service flu going around in the Woodland Heights area. Symptoms to watch out for, sudden blindness to your existence, complete loss of the English language and generally poor manners! If anyone is paying attention, please send human resources to this location for immediate upgrades!

Service getting worse, last 2 pizzas we ordered one did not have the meat we ordered or any sauce the second had no cheese and hardly any sauce it was like toppings on a cracker. Called and they redelivered the pizzas but again forgot the meat that we paid $ 2 extra for. What is with this place? Stuff is always going wrong and we’re just pretty much done. Manager was like resigned that this happens a lot.

I use the online app when ordering pizza from this location. I like that they are prompt and they usually get my order right. I would like the pizza to be hotter when it’s delivered but I don’t know if that’s possible.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Waited for my pizza with a group of friends for almost 2 hours. Finally called and they were«overwhelmed» with orders and said it would be another hour. Rude customer service, no apologies offered. I’m beginning to believe it is impossible to get decent delivery pizza in the heights.

Awful, awful, awful. They make their pizza worse than any other Domino’s and their customer service sucks. Frequently refuse to honor coupons, are always out of menu items, and tonight charged us for a large and brought us a medium with a large sticker on it. Effed up. Not ordering from there anymore.

Ive been buying pizza from this place since i was a lil kid. The management was better back then. Now its crazy and there just there to make a dollar. I went there like 2 weeks ago and i had ordered like 2 orders of wings and like 4 pizzas so then i got there to pick up and they come out saying that the credit card system is down and it was like 11pm so it was to late to go to the ATM. i was like OK why didn’t ya let people know that before coming. They didn’t give me a response! That sucked cuz i ended up having to get some fast food for my family that night!
