Where to start? My fingernails are beautiful. My pedicure experience was awful. If I could, I would give them a negative rating for that foolishness. She dug so deep into my skin that I thought she would pull out a bone. She cut my toenails lower than I asked. During my massage I felt as if my feet were in a boxing match with Manny Pacquiao. Lastly, she waited until my feet dried then tried to use a callus remover. Just a bad experience.

I was not initially comfortable/at-ease, because I typically go to places like TGF or Sports Clips, and the vibe here was a little more typical-salon. I called ahead and spoke with Tina, who ended up doing both my haircut and my waxing, and she was awesome! The salon wasn’t crowded; I showed up at about 6:45 pm after calling at 6:30, knowing they closed at 7:30. She took her time with my haircut(which I’m VERY happy with), to the point that I worried about getting the waxing done, but when I asked her how we were on time, she said that she’d happily stay late(and ‘work all night’ if she had to — she didn’t), and ended up staying 15 or 20 minutes after closing to make sure that my wax was satisfactory. It was a Brazilian, and I have red hair(natural redhead), which means that it’s very difficult to tell whether all the hair is gone or not, and can take time, and she never at any point rushed, and was careful to make sure I was comfortable and content at every step. There was a slight language barrier — I couldn’t understand every single thing she said, nor could she understand every single thing I said, but it caused zero issues with the quality of the haircut/wax or the pleasantness of the visit. The prices were very reasonable, though not cut-rate cheap, and I feel I got more than I paid for, and will happily be visiting Deluxe and Tina again, both for haircuts and future waxing. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Loved them. Great service, good prices. I was accepted as a walk in on a Friday night and I appreciated being able to do my hair and nails in one spot. I’m coming back! Ps; great service on extensions too! Can’t give a full 5 because it was hard to get them on the phone again. Also the extension hair they sell is overpriced and not of the best quality. They will say it isn’t the case but as someone who has done extensions for years, the proof is in the tangles.

This place is HORRIBLE! I went across the street to Crystal’s nail salon because I saw that they had good reviews, and I needed a touch up really badly. The wait was going to be 30 minutes so I left. I noticed this place across the street and decided to give them a try. There was no wait.(Now I know why!). I have three major problems with this place. 1) The ladies must have clipped my cuticles for like thirty minutes alone. It hurt SO badly, and my big toe actually started to bleed. 2) I asked for french tips, but because she could not find the color I wanted I had to do something different. What she ended up doing was the most hideous iridescent peach and white manicure I have ever seen. And to add insult to injury its on MY hands. It took forever! She must have done at least 5 coats of the shellac(shouldn’t it be more like 2?) so it came out thick and gross looking. And for all the time she spent the line is not even crisp. 3) And probably the most upsetting of all. INTHEMIDDLEOFMYPEDICURETHELADYTAKESTHECUTICLECLIPPERSANDBEGINSTOCLIPHEROWNCUTICLES, ANDTHENSTARTSBACKCLIPPINGTHECUTICLESONMYTOESWITHOUTDISINFECTINGTHEDAMNCLIPPERS!!! Disgusting. I am never stepping foot anywhere near this place again. 0STARS!

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. They painted my nails two visits– both times looked like a crippled octopus on steroids did them. I didn’t pay or tip the second time and it was half as worse as the first time. They must use the cheapest UV machines for the gel polish. it remained sticky after I left. I am always polite and perfectly normal customer expecting quality. and was sorely dissapointed. Someone should call the state about their licenses. Drama from the other other customers, poorly trained staff. Staff members pointing at me, speaking in whatever native tongue it is and giggling. Another customer walks in and her acrylic nails are cracked up the nail bed, and the tips are so thin they look transparent.- she did this 24 hours ago and they kept saying. «That normal. nail grow.» Right. That«not normal!» The most miserable experience ever! I’ve never received this kind of treatment before in my life. I will never go back! Don’t go there, ever!

Came here for a pedicure($ 22)… and I have never had a pedicure where I was cringing because when she dug her tools into my cuticles and then started snipping at my skin, I started making faces because it hurt! I was starting to wonder if she was snipping at skin she wasnt suppose to. Arent these places supposed to make you relaxed? Its not like my feet were crusty. It was only about 2 months since my last pedicure. I almost gave just 1 star, but there was one saving grace. My foot massage. She did it for quite some time that I began to fall asleep. Now that’s nice. But no I probably wont come back. They need to replace their nail polish as well. Most were empty and looked like they were drying out. My color selection was based on the one that looked the newest and less used. Dont be stunned when they ask if you want a deluxe pedicure, or your eyebrows or lip waxed. They want to upsell. Most salons do this.

I went for the first time today(it was highly recommended by a friend). First I will start with it looks like a great place IF you are already a regular. I went in for a mani and a pedi, first I had to wait 45 minutes with my feet in luke warm water and a broken massage chair. Then a regular walked in and 2 techs start a mani and a pedi. At this point I had already been waiting over an hour to get a mani and a pedi. Finally when my tech started she seemed really rushed because they had a 2 women waiting. The tech was rude and finished my pedicure in under 30 minutes and the same tech started my mani which was also quite fast. The one thing that I look forward to is the massage of the hands and feet. My pedicure massage was under 5 minutes each and my manicure massage lasted ONE commercial break. I just feel like you should treat everyone great not just the regulars. I will never be going back to this place. I feel like that was a huge waste of money and time :(

Not the best, but certaintly not the best either. If someone asked me one more time if I wanted to lip wax, I was going to tell them I was happy with my hairy lip. The not so fun part about that is that after a while you start thinking, wow! Do I have a hairly lip? Which I KNOW i don’t…Anyway, the gave me a decent manicure, and okay pedi, and eyebrow wax. All in all it was $ 42. Again not the best, but a good price, and its close to my office. Will I be back there? Probably not.

I’ve been going there for over 10 years and always get compliments on my nails. They do everything there for example: –nails –pedicure –eyelashes –hairstyling –spray tan –massage –cosmetic tattooing –facials –waxing * a Dental Hygienist is on call for a teeth whitening. Tell Rosie I sent you! She is the best in nails!

Received a decent pedicure except when I walked out the door whatever top coat they put on acted like shrink wrap and made all the polish ripple up. The staff was very friendly but they tried to up-sale me a lot. Asked if I wanted deluxe pedi, then asked if I wanted a mani I said no. Then asked if I wanted nail art I said no. Then they said just mani pedi and I had to say no mani just a pedi. Then I was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done several times. I get that your trying to make money but that can be annoying.
