This is probably my least favorite darque tan to go to. and I’ve been to many in Houston.
I don’t remember the name of the person working the front desk but he was rude answering simple questions I had about membership. Unfortunately, it’s the most convenient from my workplace so that’s why I’ve had to go here a couple of times and staff is still unwelcoming.
The verspa was dirty and there were no wet towels on the small desk they usually provide for us…

Fairly nice location in a great location. Easy to get in and out fast. Staff is friendly and also remembers and greets me warmly. Beds are clean and usually always ready to go when I come in. If not available they make sure my waiting time is as short as possible.

I was very impressed with Tyler. He was so helpful, kind, funny and cute for an extra bonus. I think their beds are outstanding and I have been to my share of salons from here to Chicago. The girls that work there are super sweet as well! Highly recommend!

This place is the biggest rip-​off. They are sooooo cheap, they water down the spray tans. The darkest possible tan is lighter than the lightest you will get anywhere else. Why do they call it «double dark»?? There is only one spray session, but if you go anywhere else there are two back to back spray sessions– that’s what makes it «double»?! The place is such a joke. I don’t know how they remain in business.

Facilities are fine but employees are consistently riding a fine line between being just nice enough to not be rude and being outright rude.
Example: I was redressing after a spray tan and was urged to hurry up because the Norvell booth «doesn’t take that long» and another patron was using a tanning bed first and now wanted to spray tan. I had literally been in there for 2 minutes after the booth shut off and was about to walk out. And the Norvell booth makes several passes around your body so it DOES take that long (which the employee should know). Would not suggest this location.

Who doesn’t want a bronzed look! Darque tan has been my go to tanning salon since moving to the Houston area. They have several convenient locations in the area. Although I wished they had one in Rice Village area! What happened to this location?
I visit here about 1 – 2 times a month so I opt for the package option at $ 50 – 100. They are always offering specials for you to buy a package get one free. So watch out for those!
This location is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful! I get right in and out! Beds are always super clean and neat.

I love this Darque Tan. First off, the girls who work here are super sweet, and always have a smile on their face, unlike other salons where they look like they would rather be anywhere than working.
Whoever the manager of this salon is deserves kudos, because it is ALWAYS super clean, and they have little notes on the counter, that says –Take ONE – Positive Thoughts for the Day. I just thought this was the sweetest thing! They have new beds, the latest in spray tanning, and excellent customer service. I never have to wait, and they remember you!
