DaddyO’s Pizza

New favorite Spring Branch pizza place. Had it for he 2^nd time and can confirm its pretty damn good pizza. Had the lucky 7 which is their supreme which was delicious and the thin crust pepperoni is some of the best I’ve had.

Awesome spot. Great staff. Great service. They remembered me by name. I’m a new regular for sure. I love the personal size pizza options!

Tried this place out with the co workers today, and the salads are awesome! I can’t wait to try the pizza, and the employees were very helpful.

I love this place! The owners are amazing and the food is great! I’m here picking up Lunch Specials for me and some other teachers as we speak! Be sure to try the gyro pizza!!! It’s awesome!!!

I found this place a little before Christmas. And I fell in love. Fresh foods all made from scratch! Their dough/​crust is made in house from scratch and you can eat it on its own! It’s like crack!!! Their pizzas in general are just mouth-​wateringly heavenly… I can’t wait to make my way down the menu but I can’t seem to get off of their pizza!!! I want it all. I loved everything about this gem of a place. Family owned and operated. And the father daughter duo is amazing and so friendly and kind. They make you feel like you’re their family! The first day I went they asked me numerous times how everything was, if I wanted anything else, explained the history of how the father came over to the states and started this venture and how one thing led to anther. I seriously felt so welcomed and warm. Like they were family! Needless to say, I’ve been back once a week since and got three of my coworkers addicted to their food as well. #fatkidproblems2016 will always be going back to this place. Don’t. Change. A. Thing!

I ordered. An Italian sub. My bread was stale stale stale. The meat was good. The lettuce was wilted. It was a waste of my lunch break and I won’t eat here again. I called to complain and the guy who answered told me that the bread he just looked at want stale. I guess not because you sold the stale bread already.

My favorite pizza spot. I eat here at least once a week. My favorite pizza is the Fifth Avenue (grilled chicken, spinach, feta cheese, tomatoes and garlic), but literally EVERYTHING in their menu is AMAZING. The family that owns this place is extremely nice and very personable with their clients. Will ALWAYS be my favorite for the food and the good people that works here. #SupportYourLocalBusiness #FeelGoodFood

Went there once and ordered pepperoni and black olive pizza. It was fairly expensive & the pizza was just «so-​so». Guy at the counter was very sarcastic and thought he was really funny… He wasn’t. We don’t plan to give this place another chance.

I’m not one to check a place out and run back to write a review, but Daddyo’s was a much fun as it was delicious! When we walked in the smell of fresh pizza is every where, and as i was perusing the menu i checked in on Unilocal.Well that got me a Unilocal deal, so make sure and check in when you get there. My coworker had the Italian sub and i had a personal pizza. The first words from her mouth when she picked up the sandwich was «this bun is very fresh». Granted I didn’t ask, but she felt the need to share. Of course I was at that point of limbo when you order pizza… but no else does. When you have to sit and stare at the melty cheese and toppings knowing if stick it in your face it’s gonna hurt. But once it cooled down i really did enjoy it! Now the eight inch might be a bit small for me, so i went back and got a cookie. Don’t judge they were fresh and awesome!

Tried the Philly Steak Pizza, it was very good and loaded with toppings! I think this is my new favorite pizzeria!

Great pizza. Have been coming here for years and the restaurant is always clean, friendly staff, and the pizza is consistently good. I recommend the Lucky 7. Price is a bit more than one of the big chains, but you get what you pay for.

Drove by and decided to stop. Quite honestly I am surprised by the rave reviews. Yes, the pizza was pretty good and crust was light but the pizza was rather greasy and they were rather skimpy on the ingredients — considering it cost $ 16 for 12 inches. I think my pizza had three skinny pieces of green pepper on it, not a whole lot of meat either
The greek salad was mostly lettuce, a ton of olive slides, four thin slices of Roma, no red onion or artichoke hearts but at least it had plenty of feta. The dressing served with it was a tasteless Italian rather than a Greek or balsamic.
In short, for $ 45 I can get more bang for my buck elsewhere …

VERY impressed with the pizza and the speed of delivery! I just moved to spring branch and was hoping there was some good pizza delivery around and so happy to find Daddyo’s! I love all the fresh garlic and the crust is super crispy. very well done. I am for sure a repeat customer from now on :)

Pizza was just sitting on the end of the oven cold paid 2 dollars for an extra topping which was so skimpy and then the guy tried to over charge me 6 dollars spend your money else where

I have recently moved back to Spring Branch and love all the taco trucks and Vietnamese places but the area was missing good pizza. At least until I discovered Daddyo’s on Gessner north of Hammerly by the HEB!
The best pizza I have had since I moved back to Houston. And to top it off it’s a family business and it just feels like home!

Delicious pizza!!! Came here for the first time today and I ordered a personal pizza was just enough for one person. The pizza dough was fresh, the sauce was good and the cheese was amazing. Definitely a hidden gem. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Can’t wait to come back and try something new.

Great pizza! We ordered the «Lucky 7» (basically like «supreme» at most other places). I was expecting a good pizza based on reviews from my foodie group and their photos. What I wasn’t expecting was such a light and crispy crust. I’m not usually a fan of thin crust pizzas because they always leave me wanting more. However, the light nature of this pizza was surprisingly refreshing and didn’t leave me feeling like I had a pound of dough sitting in my stomach. I also appreciated that the pizza wasn’t greasy or overly salty. Pizzas like that have their place and time, but a hot summer day after being at the pool isn’t the right time for greasy and salty.

Honestly, One of the best pizzas I have ever had! I don’t write a ton of reviews, but because of the customer service and quality of the pizza, I felt I had to share my experience. Daddyo’s is like a hidden gem in Spring Branch. I ordered a Bronx Bomber pizza and I could taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Comprable to Lou Malnati’s or Giordanos in Chicago. And those of you know those institutions are ICONS… I actually ate at the location, so I dont know and cannot comment about delivery, but the owner Pauline was so attentive and was constantly coming by to check on us. She even gave my little ones pizza dough for them to play with until our pizza was ready. I highly recommend Daddy0’s and we are definitely putting them on our weekly dinner rotation.

I’ve ordered both ways from here on multiple occasions. Having worked in a Pizza restaurant myself, I’m very understanding when it comes to the issues these places deal with. I called in on a Friday night to order and the guy was straight up honest about having one driver and 5 orders ahead of mine. I said no worries and requested that he wait to cook my order so it gets here hot and doesn’t sit on the rack in the kitchen. The food was piping hot when it arrived on the earlier part of his 60 to 90 minute estimate. This place is located right on the edge of a high crime area, so not being able to keep an adequate driving staff is more than understandable.
Carry out during the daytime has yielded the same results in food quality. Overall, their food and service is spot on for what it is. The staff has always been friendly and I will continue my patronage.
