This is a little hole in the wall dentist. I came here to get my teeth cleaned. The doctor was nice and she spoke Vietnamese. The service was fast and cheap. They only charge me $ 50 to get my teeth cleaned.

How this woman is allowed to practice, I will never know. Her office is one of the filthiest and dirtiest places I have ever been to. The equipment is old and dingy looking; I don’t think anything has been updated since the 1970’s. There is barely any lighting; I am not sure how she is able to see in a patient’s mouth properly. Even the chair I sat in had a hole the size of a golf ball, and the foam was sticking out. Equipment is strewn all over the place, and nothing is covered. Part of the ceiling was caving in; a leak that was never tended to. I regret not hightailing it out of there, but my dentist recently retired, and I was desperate to find a dentist near me who took my insurance. It was 40 degrees when I went, and there was no heater turned on in her office. I was shivering in my chair, and she asked me if I was cold. When I answered yes, she offered a blanket. This is a dentist office– TURNONTHEHEATER! The kick is right in the middle of my cleaning, the receptionist came, and asked if I could pay her NOW! So, the dentist had to stop what she was doing, so I can pull out my credit card and pay. Gees, I wasn’t going to run off or anything. Do not bother with this place!

Absolutely HORRIFIC! The entire place is old, filthy, and outdated. I arrived on time for a 12 o’clock appointment and wasn’t seen until nearly an hour later. The dentist is a rude old witch who screamed at and belittled her obviously new dental assistant in front of myself and my 7 year old son. Incredibly disrespectful and I felt terrible for that poor girl. I was two seconds away from grabbing my son out of that chair and running away as fast as I could. DONOTCOMEHERE, ITIS A NIGHTMARE.

So I chose this dentist because it was walking-distance away from my work and it was covered by my health insurance. I walked into a small and kind of dirty reception area. The receptionist was an older Vietnamese lady(who also happened to be the dentist). I filled out my paperwork while looking at the old 90’s(or maybe even 80’s) décor. Finally, she had called me in and I walked into the cleaning area. There were rows of dentist chairs(or whatever they’re called) and more 80’s/90’s décor. The whole place looked a little dirty, and it was completely empty. I took it as a bad sign. I sat on the chair and she began my cleaning. Not bad, everything was okay. Until… She said she wanted to take my x-rays, and I was fine with that. As typical for an x-ray, she would get one of those photo sheets and attach it to some plastic/rubber thing that you bite down on to keep the x-ray still as she takes the x-ray, correct? WRONG! She took the little photo sheet, placed it in my mouth and told me to keep it steady with MYFINGER. At first I wasn’t really sure what was going on until she went to the x-ray machine and proceeded to take the x-ray with my finger holding the photo thing in place. Like, okay seriously, what kind of place is SO cheap that you wouldn’t even buy those plastic/rubber things for people to bite on for x-rays? Needless to say I will never ever go back.
