Whenever I come home to Houston on breaks, I always make time to visit here and pick up some of their juice. They have an incredible selection of premium juices and the service is great. The prices on juice are right around what you would pay online for them.

I had been researching for months exactly what to get my boyfriend for Christmas. I had been to three other vapor shops, everyone is trying to sell me the most expensive thing in there. So I started to figure that a good vapor would be at least 200+. I walked out today with everything that I wanted for my boyfriend and spent under 120!!! Mark took at least an hour with me and explained everything!!! He gave me what was right for my boyfriend! Mark your customer service was amazing and thank you so much for your help I can’t wait to see his face on Christmas Day! He gave me quality with out having me spend too much! After reading the reviews on the vapor I got I’m glad I made a spontaneous decision to stop here! We will be back!

Unless you want to pay double the price of other vape shops. I’d go somewhere else. They tried to sell me one 0.5 coil for $ 6.99 where they’re sold for $ 3.50 at all the other vape shops. Talk about price gouging

I’ve been to a good amount of vape shops in the cypress area and NOONE has the selection of juice that this place has. It’s almost overwhelming when you walk in because you want to try it all but don’t know where to start! The owner is a nice guy and really knows his stuff! He can tell you everything about anything and does everything he can to make sure you get the most out of your purchase with him whether it be the best flavored juice or the best tank or build for your mod. This guy is a pro and makes sure the rest of his staff is up to the same standards. I LOVE this place and will continue to come back time and time again!

Second time at this location — owner and one employee there. Employee was helping another customer. While we stood at the juice counter waiting to be helped, the owner stood behind the other counter, sideways to us, puffing away on his ecig and refilling it — we almost left, and should have. He just ignored waiting customers! This lasted about 3 or 4 minutes until he finally strolled over. And he knew we were there — he greeted us when we arrived in the store. No way to treat customers. Too bad, because he knows his stuff and as long as there are no other customers, all is fine. Will never go back. There are so many ecig stores around now that every owner should be on his toes. You lost two customers that day. How many to follow if you continue to treat them like that?

I needed a shop that was open late. I paid them a visit… Long story short… AWESOME! I met Mark, the shop’s owner. Knowledgeable, loves what he does, easy to talk to. Plentiful inventory and great selection! They have some very cool and unique products. I bought a coffee-flavored liquid that has an actual coffee bean in the bottle! This won’t be my last visit.

Great shop. Sampling juices in subtanks is a great way to taste the true flavor. Great customer service. Store is clean and well stocked with whatever you need. Mark is very knowledgeable. Definitely my store from now on.

I bought a Snow Wolf 200 Watt mod for $ 130 from this man and within 4 days the device WILLNOTTURNON at all despite using several fresh sets of dual batteries that were of high quality. I went back to the store to ask him what was wrong and he barely looked at it and said he didn’t know what to tell me. He refused to give me a replacement or a refund and simply told me to go through the product producer and ask for a warranty submission. He was of no help to me and I will never visit this shop again. HORRIBLE customer service. The owner doesn’t appear to even want to talk to you. I’ve been vaping for almost two years now. I’m am an experienced vapor in every sense. Mark has opened a beautiful new shop here in Copperfield. He is extremely knowledgeable. He keeps up with the market very well and always has the best and most innovative products in stock. I’ve spent a great amount of time in this shop. He has several juice lines that you can test on state-of-the-art devices or drip in your own RDAs. I have to mention, as well, that he sells«boutique» juices at very competitive prices in the Houston area. If you are new to vaping or have been vaping for as long or longer than I have; this is the place to visit. There is great customer service with an awesome atmosphere, as well as the best products with everything you need.
