I’ve been to this CVS so many times and it’s been the same each time. It’s open till midnight. Other than that, staff service and friendliness varies. Honestly depends when you go. There are times when and especially at night, the staff is so nice and helpful, and then there those days where it just seems like they don’t even want to be there. Today I experienced rude staff members from the pharmacy department. I come up to the consultation window and the African American women didn’t even look at me, in fact the first thing that came out of her mouth was, «What do you need.» She didn’t bother to look away from computer and ask, «Hello, is there something I can help you with?». I simply asked about a discount prescription card and she rudely replied with, «I gotta put it in the system, yada yada yada.» It was literally a simple question. No need to be rude. There needs to be improvements. At times, depending on the day you’ll have people come up to you asking for money, 99% of the time. I usually say no, just because I don’t carry cash on me, so I always apologize for not giving money. Maybe I should try the Walgreen’s across the street.

Look I loathe the walgreens on southmore. So this is my other option and I’m cool with that. At least they have a discout program that’s worth something. I do hate that a pharmacy has carpet though seems nasty. The pharmacist are efficient and helpful unlike their counterparts.
