I been here twice in the past last 2 weeks even though crawfish isn’t in season its pretty good, not mushy or dirty. I like how they let the customers know they’re selling frozen crawfish which is nice.

I like this place so much that I am willing to come to HK mall for it. The crawfish are huge compare to other places. The sauces are ok, but get the job done. If you like crawfish, you should give this place a try.

Very like their crawfish. But today drive all the way there and they already closed. It says 10:00pm I was there at 9:40pm.:(don’t have time go to other crawfish, they all close at10pm.)Don’t know what time they closed. Pretty sad for me at the end of the day.

They mostly have only crawfish. I like their taste the most. Nothing fancy, no garlic added. It’s in Hong Kong food court. Price is average 4.99−6.99 depend the season. I used to have 2.99 at this place but long long time ago. They have a condiment section you can take anything you like to your table. Their mayonnaise is the best.

Went here a week ago. Crawfish had a great flavor tasted like the classic Louisiana seasoning. They were large and $ 5.99 a pound. Rated 4 stars because of the frozen mixed in with the fresh. Other than that the flavor sold me once again.

Got 2 lbs 2 go for $ 5.99/lb — minus a star for location/setting but SO worth the price– end of fresh from LA season but still large and tasty –no butter in sauce but plenty available for free at condiment area(CA). I make my own butter sauce by mixing their white sauce with equal amount of lime juice from CA. Spicy was perfect for me but can spice/salty it up more from CA. Little bit of heaven at home and dogs loved the leftovers.

Love the crawfish here! If you are looking for the regular Louisiana Cajun boil this would be the place to go!!! She has fresh crawfish during the season and the frozen are also good! You can’t tell that it’s frozen. The lady there is super nice too! I come here regularly!!! Definitely can’t enough of the crawfish here!

This is my go-to spot for crawfish. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Perfectly seasoned and always consistent! They only sell crawfish, corn, potatoes, beer and drinks… no beignets. :(Bring your own soap because the restroom around the corner does not have soap!

One of my fave crawfish joints in Houston! I love the flavor and the asian spices at this place! Their are many places in town for crawfish but they are always consistently good with their flavor when I come in town! Can’t beat this place! Best believe that! I knew I should of ordered more before I left! Highly recommend!

There’s nothing fancy about Crawfish and Beignets. But it is the best Louisiana style crawfish in Houston. This isn’t the saucy and buttery type of crawfish. They haven’t sold beignets for years. Only delicious crawfish now. Walk up and tell them how many pounds you want. They will immediately go to the back and wheel out a cart of hot crawfish. Stick to the crawfish. Their corn and potatoes are bland.

Came here at 11:30am because none of the other crawfish joints were open before 3. Got the food as soon as we ordered because the corn and potatoes were all pre boiled and the crawfish was constantly boiled in the back. The spice level depends on how much spicy powder you tell them to scoop into your bag. Paid $ 5.49 for frozen crawfish since it was out of season. Two stars for no sausage, okay crawfish flavoring, and no filtered water only water bottles. BEIGNETSWERENTONTHEMENU

So good! This was the first time I had Chinatown crawfish and it didn’t disappoint! They do let you know they use previously frozen crawfish(does Ragin Cajun do this? I never asked), but it tastes as I’m used to. The spices are more dimensional than your standard Cajun mix and it’s the most delicious ever.

Holy crap this place has amazing crawfish. As everyone mentioned, it’s kind of in a shady area and you have to go into HK Mall, but it’s totally worth it. It’s just a small stand inside that sells only crawfish, potatoes, and corn, but that’s really all you need. We got 10 pounds of crawfish for 4 people, which was a perfect amount. We got medium spiciness, which was the perfect level. The crawfish was hot, fresh, juicy, plump, and HUGE. I couldn’t believe how good the crawfish was. The potatoes were bad(who uses brown potatoes?) and the corn was pretty good. I liked all the condiments they set out — limes, mayo, hot sauce, etc. They also give out some gloves to use while peeling the crawfish.

Wound up here after a failed attempt at Jackson’s Market. I couldn’t get crawfish off of the brain so I Unilocaled the closest place and went. Not being a Houston native, I had no clue what the Hong Kong City Mall was, so I got a bit lost in there trying to find the place. I did stumble upon some RAMBUTAN at the grocery store though, so SCORE on that note! Got to the«food court», found the counter, ordered a pound of crawfish, and received it, in a bag, on a tray, with about 6 paper towels. So the weird part to me, is that they didn’t give me a plate or anything. I was dining in. .but all I had to eat off of was this dirty tray? I mean, I did it, but I didn’t love it, and the whole time I was thinking to myself, «how many other people’s crawfish juices have fallen onto this tray which probably got no more than a quick wipedown with a paper towel?» Anyway, I continued to eat them anyway. They were tasty and large, I have to admit. It was a weird experience, and def. not the most sanitary thing I’ve ever done. I’ll update if that comes back to haunt me later. Also, anyone else weirded out that there weren’t actually any beignets? I had all intentions of buying some!

I tried most crawfish places here and keep coming back here. Come here if you: –prefer eating messy food at home. The location is not very ideal to dine in. –like your crawfish prepared in a simple and traditional way. I don’t like how other restaurants drown mud bugs in butter garlic and too much salt –like giant crawfish!!! –love corns. Their corns are juicy and sweet! Potatoes are so so.

I love the spices they use for their crawfish. Normally it would be 6.99/lb but in May it got to 5.99/lb. doesn’t seem like a huge difference at first, but it gradually adds up when you have two ppl in the household who are madly in love with crawfish.

I was really skeptical about this place because it was in Hong Kong and the area just looked horrible. However, once I tried it, I keep coming back. They do not have many flavors. Just the traditional spicy Louisiana crawfish. However, they make it satisfying.

Yummy! Where else can you find crawfish for $ 5.99/lb! We got a bag of mild for the little boys and a spicy one and MAN was it spicy! They gave us tablecloths so we could easily clean up our mess after. They also provide a pretty good variety of dipping sauces for the crawfish. All in all, pretty good and I’d come back again. ALERT: They do not actually serve beignets here…

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and have yet to find another crawfish place that has better flavor and price($ 5.99 /lb). You can get it mild, medium or spicy(be careful. it’s pretty spicy). The crawfish are a pretty good size. The lady who works there is really spot on when scooping crawfish. She’ll never give you less, always more! You should also try the corn — it’s suuuuper sweet! This place might be kind of hard to find since it is in HK mall. It’s on the left end(opposite end of Ocean Palace) in the food court a couple stores down from Teahouse. The overall environment feels a little dirty and it can smell like an Asian grocery store, but the crawfish is so worth it to me. I don’t even care that there are creepy men staring at you or gambling in the corners. You do have to clean up after yourself and bring gloves to avoid the restrooms.
