This hotel is great. Stayed here a couple of times. Staff is attentive and nice. Hot breakfast is reasonable, but nothing special. Spread is good. Bed is reasonably comfortable. The room is pretty large and spacious. 4 stars for Wifi that would not work while I was there.

This hotel basically stole our $. We booked this hotel because it had a free shuttle from the airport and we had 10 people. I had called other hotels in the area to make sure they had a shuttle before I finally booked Comfort Suites. When we got to the airport we called the hotel to ask for the shuttle. We were told that the shuttle wasn’t working and we would have to get to the hotel on our own and they would reimburse us for the trip. We had 5 kids, 1 senior and 4 adults, so we grabbed a Super Shuttle. When we got to the hotel they wouldn’t reimburse us. We asked to talk to the manager, Jung Wu, and were told that he wasn’t available but the front desk clerk would try to call him. We said we would wait. She called on her cell phone, told him the issue and he hung up on her. She refused to call him back and said he was in a «bad cell zone». We gave our personal phone #s and asked for a return call as soon as he was in a better zone. We never got a call. We were checking out the next morning and asked the front desk clerk to try calling Jung Wu again(apparently the manager on duty still wasn’t at work). She spoke to him and we were offered ¼ of what we spent on the Shuttle. I placed calls to Jung Wu a few more times after our trip to try and get the rest of our $ back, but never received a call or email from him.

Walked into the lobby and the two ladies at the front desk were really nice, we got to our room and it was huge and very clean. Well first impressions can be deceiving, when we decided to turn the lights out and watch TV, I noticed something moving on the headboard of my mother in-laws bed, we flipped the light on and it was a huge cockroach, we caught it and took it to the ladies at the front desk, the first lady freaked out when she saw it and the second lady acted like no big deal. We were told that we might get a discount on our bill, when I got back to our room I went to the bathroom and found another cockroach, this one was smaller than the first one, definitely killed this one, we were never offered another room and the lady at the front never came to our room to do a check like she said she would. I noticed two of the other reviews said that this place has no bugs, well I wish that was true, I would have been able to sleep if that was the case, check out cannot come fast enough, we will definitely be skipping the free breakfast, and if the ladies at the front desk recommend Sicily’s pizza don’t do it, it was a waste of money.

This is a nice hotel. Extremely nice staff, Amanda was great. The room I had was clean and comfortable. More importantly it was clean and no sign of bugs! The pool was good, the only pool at any hotel I have seen that had towels available poolside. There are small areas that could be cleaned a little better and use some maintenance. Overall a great hotel and I will keep it on my list so I can stay here when in the area next time.

Pretty ghetto, holes in the walls, unfinished elevator, and boxes filling the lobby Sochi-style. The breakfast was disgusting! However, the staff was SO nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

Had an unexpected overnight stay at Houston Hobby. Found this place on Priceline. It was superb. Clean, spacious suites. Close to airport. Quiet. The hot breakfast was delicious. Shuttle back to airport included. A small workout room available. All this for $ 69 on Priceline. Amazing value. Highly recommended.
