I enjoyed the fact that this dry cleaner/laundry mat was only 5 miles from my home. I never had any issues with this place until one weekend in April. Ieft my clothes on Saturday to be dry cleaned and was told they would ready on Monday after 5pm. I thought to myself«great that’s perfect because I need my lab coat for Tuesday morning.» There was a storm over the weekend that caused some flooding so I called on Monday to see if they open so that I would not make a blank trip. To my surprise they were open but when I got there they said my clothes were not ready because of the storm. They don’t service the clothes at that location but they never told me that. I understand that the bad weather affected many people in the city but my issue was the lady at the counter. She was very very rude. I asked her if I could speak to the manager. She refused to call the manager several times. I asked her to just give me my clothes back and they said they didn’t have them. I said then can you give the address to the other location, she said she didn’t know it. I do not understand what her issue was. I would not recommend this place to anyone. VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

Let me start by saying I have used this cleaner for dry cleaning and wash n fold for 10 years and am very sad to have to write a bad review. I felt very loyal to them but loyalty has a breaking point. Years ago they used a cleaning plant that was great! I was always happy with my clothes and the price. But a few years ago they purchased their own dry cleaning plant. My clothes suddenly started having lots of problems. At first they explained it was because they bought their own place and we’re getting used to it but the quality has steadily gone down hill. To make matters worth the owners frequently do not fix mistakes and have started to take a «it’s not our fault» approach to business. Nearly every time in in there a customer is complaining that something is lost, missing or damaged and the owner gets defensive and asks them«what do you want me to do about it?» She and I just had a long conversation where I offered to pay for a way to fix a $ 100 chambray shirt that was given back to me terribly wrinkled and shrunk and at the end I was very frustrated and decided I just could no longer come here. The price is ok but the quality of service is too inconsistent and the treatment of customers is not something I can tolerate even though I felt very loyal to the owners.

Great cleaners, I don’t wash here but I do use their dry cleaning service and they are always on time. Clothes ready in a day, that is wonderful! Never had a problem with them!

I’m new to the area and went here once. They did a good job so I decided to go back. I took my two pair of khaki pants in yesterday morning(Saturday) to get dry cleaned. The young girl who waited on me was probably the owners daughter or someone else from their family. She took my pants and charged me about $ 3(I always pay prior to picking up). I got in my car and told my gf I really liked this place and it was so inexpensive. Today…(Sunday) I send my gf in to retrieve my two pair of pants and the lady gives her a really hard time. My gf comes out and says that the lady(I assume she’s the owner) says that I owe her money. WTF??? I don’t owe her anything. So I storm in the cleaners and take my pants off the counter. She has the nerve to pull them back towards her which made me pull even harder. She says I owe more money as the young girl who’d waited on me Saturday charged me SHIRTPRICESINSTEADOFPANTSPRICES(and this is whose fault). We argued back and forth her saying that I owe $ 3 more and me telling her this was not my fault nor should I be the one held responsible. She continued to be nasty and I continued to tell her this wasnt my fault but the girl who did the transaction. Then she has the nerve to squint her eyes at me and say in a nasty voice, «YOUKNEW»…WTF??? She’s accusing me of knowing that her employee made a mistake??? OMG… this is getting worse. Then she tells me to never come back to her cleaner again. All over $ 3.00. Unbelievable!!!

This is the place to go for your laundry in the OF/GO area! I went to another place today only because on the weekends they can get extremely busy! HUGEMISTAKE! This washateria is always super clean. The machines are always working. Sure there are those one or two non working machines, but it happens. We have been taking our dry cleaning here for the past 4 or 5 years and have never had a problem either. The staff has ways been super friendly as well.

I stopped by this place because I recently moved to the area and the first cleaners I went to(Heights Cleaners and Laundry Ella/34th) never gave me a receipt for my clothes. This place I actually accidentally found looking for DJ Ella Cleaners on the other side of the street. I found this parking lot to be bigger and more accessible so I just stopped in. The cleaners is in the same office as a washateria and is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The lady who greeted me was all smiles, which really makes the whole experience better. She types things into a computer and it prints out a receipt(which I love). I’m never in a rush so dropping off Friday night and it being ready Monday night just meant I didn’t pick my clothes up until Wednesday night. Five shirts cost me $ 4.82 total and they came clean, pressed, and packaged like any other place. Cleaners don’t exactly have a complex task, so it is so important to me to have a receipt for my clothes and a smiling face to deal with. Of course, nothing has gone wrong so far, but I’ve only been once. I’ll keep this updated if anything goes wrong.
